Quick one night stay. Found everything clean and good. They sofa in the room we stayed in should be replaced. Difficult to get out of after sitting on it. Would go back for another stay sometime.

Residence Inns have always been good places to stay for me. This one was not up to par for this stay. I was on the ground floor in a 1 bedroom room. From 12am on there was a party above us with pounding music and loud talking. I got up to go call, and then it stopped, so I figured someone else must have complained. Then it started up again. In the morning I went to the front desk and told them what happened, and the desk clerk's reply was he would make a note of it. Also the morning breakfast was not as good as usual for this chain. The eggs were terribly dry because of overcooking, same with the meat. Overall, if you are used to normal Residence Inn experiences, I don't recommend this hotel

The rooms are spacious and great but the safety lock didn’t work on our door. Maintenance came to fix it but I don’t think it ended up locking in the end.

The Staff are very nice and professional, Joy the lady at the Front Desk is very nice. I would like to commend her for her professionalism and great customer service during our check-in. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and our family really love this hotel.

Room was excellent with very nice kitchen amenities like fridge, stove, microwave, countertop. Bathroom very well designed with nice fixtures. Room setup was clever with a dresser and rotating large screen tv to create privacy between sleeping and living areas. Ample desk space. Great amount of electrical outlets. Strong WiFi.
A bit of freeway noise that even 2 sets of window panes cannot completely muffle. The room was on the side closest to freeway.
Probably 10-15 minute drive to mall, grocery, dining. Good access to Pleasanton and San Ramon.
Excellent value for cost.

I will return some time, because it was a very good experience from the beginning to the end! Amanda and Joseph were very kind and helpful at check in! The room was clean, comfortable, and ready for us on arrival! Love the bed and the breakfast! What a nice surprise to eat a warm meal!!

Overall, a decent stay. Unfortunately this hotel seems to have a fly issue. The amount of flies we saw in our room alone was kind of a turn off. The breakfast was subpar, some days the eggs were dry and crusty. Some of the stuff was in containers that steamed, making items soggy and gross. The pool was nice and hardly used, however when it was there was kids in throwing rocks, one hitting my sun chair with parents completely disregarding them. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great! The manager (I think maybe he was the maintenance manager) was fantastic ... helped us with a couple things and was on top of it. Very responsive and super friendly! Kids had fun in the pool, we enjoyed a BBQ dinner, and just overall a nice stay.

The hotel is clean on the outside and looks fresh. The only issue I had was even though I requested daily housekeeping it was hit or miss if the showed up. The housekeeper were great so i would suggest who ever is managing them should actually look at the list of daily housekeeping. I believe you should get what you pay for and i definitely did not get the service that my daily rate suggest i should get. Retrain your housekeeping manager and all would be great. Front desk always apologized for the lack of housekeeping and did so eloquently and lived up to the hotel name.

This property is my first choice every time I travel to the Pleasanton area. I like all of the hotel and room amenities. The beds and pillows are ever so comfortable. There were only 2 concerns I had on this particular trip. 1. There is a small basketball court on the property. My room on this visit was in the vacinity of that court. Between 8-8:30 am I was awakened by the sound of the ball bouncing and bouncing on the court. May I suggest that they wait until 10am before allowing guests to use that court area. Also this visit and 2 prior, some of the breakfast offerings were empty. Partly my fault for going during the last 30 minutes of breakfast time.

It’s one of the best resident in Marriott hotels. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s being renovated for. It’s just that it’s a good area. Great place go visit.
