the electricity went out, no elevator, if emergency door used could not go back. Hotel employees missing in action. Hotel did not offer any kind of compensation or support

The hotel was being remodeled and too much dust. Strong paint odor, dust in the elevator. It was a nightmare.

This hotel is under construction and we were not told. The room was clean and the house keeping service was good. The front deck staff was absence last night when I arrive and the room key was not working and no was around to assist for 45min. The breakfast has changed to a down grade from the last 2 times that I stayed at this hotel.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Don't go unless the hotel is fully renovated (work in progress). The side entrance to the building didn't lock at nighttime; we did not feel safe.

No one answers the front desk. Building under construction. Don’t even bother with the “breakfast” they serve. It’s just bread…cleaning service will ask you to check out early so they can clean.

The property was being renovated while I was there and my room was right next to the area being renovated. While I can understand the renovations, it would've been nice if we were informed when booking.

Sometimes, you should just close during renovations. Plastic sheeting blocking off areas, front door is inoperable because of construction. Had to have my keys reconfigured multiple times because they would just stop working. Pool was unavailable, and the first morning I woke up there there was a false fire alarm, I presume because of the construction.

I was in room 209 and I was locked in the bathroom. When I checked in, no one warned me that this could happen.

Locations was fine, but room was filthy carpets stink and water pressure extremely low, breakfast 1/5 and staff not pleasant would not recommend, alot of renovation works being done

Worst experience ever. The hotel is undergoing renovations and should not have guests. If you suffer from allergies or respiratory issues DO NOT stay here. The carpet needs replacing the ventilation in the room is horrible and there are signs of mold in the bathroom. To top it off I had several packages delivered there and one went missing they couldn’t find it. Sorry Baymont you lost a customer and I will never ever ever stay there again.

The carpet was humid, and the smell of the room was awful. I was told the reason was the heavy rain in Miami. I left the hotel and requested a refund for the 3 nights I prepaid to Expedia but have not received any response from Expedia or the hotel.

Room smelled musky. Bathroom shower was falling apart. Window sill was dirt and falling apart ottoman was dirt and looked like someone had urinate on it.

The room was awful, room #205 when i walked into the room it had a mold smell the greens rug was filthy dirty, there was mold on the walls, stains on the lamps and on the lounge chair. I video the room so you can see. I will be forwarding the video to the Wyndham hotels so they can watch how disgusting there hotels rooms look and smell terrible.

The property was being remodelled and this caused a lot of noise. We should have gotten a compensation for such since the elevator did not work for a whole day and we were on the third floor.

How do you not have an available room with double beds when the hotel is empty? One king size for 3 people is not right.

Property under renovation.
Biggest complaint is that Orbitz site lists the property as 5.7 miles from MIA airport but any way you route, it is at least 10 miles. This makes a huge difference when paying for taxi service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Room was full of mold, rust and dirt. Room window was full of mold and I asked the front desk agent to move me to another room. Second room was full dust, lamps were rusted, Tv non-functional due to a mold stain, bathtub and sink were dirty and moldy too. I could only stay 2 out of 10 nights due to severe allergies. I also noticed when checking out that they keep their phone on mute and Expedia tried to contact them for several days to request a partial refund and they would not answer. An Expedia supervisor was kind enough to process my refund without the property's confirmation. Thank you Expedia!

This property need to complete remodeling ASAP... Changes of carpets, new TVs, new ACs... Is my second time and I recognized has improved (mostly on front desk attendant which were FANTASTIC), but (for example) do an investment in changing Air Conditioner for a new ones, would be an additional star... I would stayed again for convenience and for a significant improvement on front desk services...
