Rooms were fine. Very soft tiny pillows. Average. The breakfast was terrible. Had to eat breakfast out each day. I kept on asking for extra towels because they’d only give me 2 a day. Shower had no fan so the moisture was intense. It required a lot of toweling. Was decent for the area.

The overall stay was great the only issue was the tub held water when taking a shower

We stayed on the 3rd floor and everything looked recently refurbished and was clean. The shower drained slowly, but the water was hot this morning and it looked like the hotel was pretty full last night so my shower was probably after most guests had already left. Breakfast not the best I have had but not too bad.

Shower control needs repair, rooms not cleaned unless requested and when requested, I dealt with a bad attitude.
Breakfast was terrible and I have stayed in many, many hotels.

Everything about my stay was perfect except the shower head in 219 puts out a very sparse stream of water. It was cold while in the shower because so little water was coming out.

Beds were comfortable but didn’t have enough towels for our 2 night stay. Adequate and breakfast included.

This hotel needs to be updated. The mattress needs replacing. The bathroom needed a good cleaning, the shower curtain had pinkish "stuff" growing on the bottom part. The shower head had black mold covering a section that stays wet and the tub didn't drain well, water was up over my ankles during my shower. The noise from the traffic was loud as was the a/c units on the back side of hotel.

The price was reasonable and the pool was really clean and my grandson loved splashing around but the fitness center’s equipment (treadmill didn’t work properly and the bike was just ok) left a lot to be desired. There was no hair dryer in our room and when I called the front desk to see if I could get one, they called me back after a few minutes and said there was not an extra one to be found. Really??? Also, the TV didn’t work and when my husband called the front desk they told him there wasn’t TV service at the moment because of a dispute with the cable provider??? But this morning in the breakfast room the TV there was tuned into CNN. So really confused by that one… miraculously the dispute was resolved overnight??? The price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was nice but the accommodations were wanting.

Very friendly staff and excellent customer service at this property. I had driven almost 12 hours that day and was ready for some much-needed rest. I was offered a room away from other occupants so my stay would be as quiet as possible. Check-in was very efficient. After a wonderfully peaceful night, breakfast was great and I was offered a bottle of water as I left. Completely satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

I have stayed here in the past. It's an excellent hotel is now under new management with a different name, but they were very friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is clean convenient and reasonably priced.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens were lusciously soft. So happy to get a room with walk-in shower! I think hotels/motels should offer more rooms without a tub. Loved the Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner! Room had plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging electronics.

The manager was very rude and abrupt. Asked for a bottle of water and he just ignored me. Was willing to pay, but didnt expect to be ignored. Everytime went to desk, had to wait for them to come from somewhere else.

Coffee pot didnt work, but the staff got us a new one. The door key didnt work. Staff came and helped get us in. The bathroom wasnt very accessible like we asked for.

Our first stay at an AmericInn, this location was originally built as a Country Inn & Suites. When you are on a road trip, you need a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay and this hotel checked those boxes. Could use some updating, but our room was clean and comfortable. Nice location near shopping and not far to restaurants. We will likely use this hotel again.

Very nice upgrade down so far inside the hotel needs minor maintenance down still inside rooms like towel holders in bathrooms on the first floor when i arrived i was amazed that there was no landscaping done to the property very surprised overall stay was great managers was awesome

Bad snow storm i worked a double shift had to go back in less then 8 hours needed hot shower and a soft bed..

Following snowstorm, other area hotels cared for their entire parking lot. AmericInn barely touched just the lane.. it was very slick. Hot tub was out of order. It was near shopping and restaurants

We stayed at this hotel while passing through the area. It was fine for an inexpensive hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were terrible! The hot tub was out of service. The hotel could use some updating and deep cleaning, but it wasn’t dirty or in bad shape. Breakfast was ok, some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. The staff was very friendly and quick at check-in and when we had a request. Convenient and safe location. Overall, we were comfortable for a night, but I’m not sure I would want to stay here for much longer than that.
