I loved my stay at the hotel! The staff were great. Shout out to Fritzner at the front desk and the Cuban lady in LT restaurant who were awesome! I’d definitely stay again. Only area of improvement would be the beach chairs where the umbrellas are not opened which beats the whole purpose of sun protection! Other than that, loved my stay!

A short staycation for our 10th.,. The staff is excellent. Friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel was charming, and the room was very comfortable. I would go back again. I am so happy we chose the Betsy for our short stay.

The property is in an excellent location on the beach with beautiful trees and flowers in view. However, the property is very old and difficult to get from lobby to your assigned room, including taking more than one elevator to do so.

The Betsy is a great location to everything! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful! I was able to check into our room at 12pm! Highly recommend if you are looking for a laid back hotel!

My stay at the Betsy was unforgettable. I was upgraded to the penthouse, room 408. Beautiful views, as well as a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to go back.

Staying at The Betsy was a great experience, because of the ambiance (eg. art, live music), the 5* service of the amazing staff and the good location. Everyone of the team, including the front desk, the concierge, the lobby bar, the swimming pool at the rooftop, and housekeeping, was wonderful. They are all friendly, welcoming and helpful and go above and beyond to provide top notch service.

Very charming place that feels like a haven (in the best ways) from the Miami Beach madness.

The Betsy South Beach is a gem with all the charm and splendor of a 5 star hotel. It is an older hotel, much like the others on this part of South Beach, but unlike other hotels, the service here is top notch. From Fritzner at the front desk, to Fritz the bell hop, to Ana the hostess at LT Steak & Seafood - the staff were all professional, warm and friendly. They made you feel so welcome! The rooms are adorned with books and artwork giving a feeling of being at home. The only drawbacks to this hotel were the air conditioning and size of the room. The air conditioning isn't very strong, so the room felt a bit humid, especially after using the shower, but was still comfortable at night when the outdoor temperature goes down. Next time, we will book two rooms for our family of four, so we could have more space. There are plenty of places to sit and relax at The Betsy. The library and adjacent hallway as well as the lounge/lobby have plenty of couches and comfortable chairs, not to mention outside with the many patios. The swimming pools are well taken care of as well as the gym. Water and towels are available at both pools. Bottled water is readily available to guests at the front desk or from housekeeping in your rooms. It is situated on the quieter part of Ocean Drive, but the beach, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Miami!

Absolutely fabulous, down to every detail. Mario at the front desk was always cheerful and helpful. Food was delicious and our room was so adorable and cozy we didn’t want to leave. Will be back!

This was one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Miami. From check-in, we were greeted with smiles and Prosecco. The rooms and clean. Someone comes by every night to check and see if you need fresh towels, water or coffee. It’s conveniently across from the beach and offers complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas to its guest. Last but not least the food is absolutely amazing! Shout out to Brandlys the best waiter and Sidd at the front desk. I would absolutely stay here again!

Breakfast menu is the same everyday. A bit of change would be nice.

Amazing! Probably my favorite stay. They were super nice and accommodating. The place is beautiful and the pools were very clean and quiet.
