Room was ok, toilet was leaking. TV not working.

Nice quiet place to stay, needs more parking

It was fine for what I needed, but it certainly wasn’t the best stay I’ve had. The room was noisy, as in the air unit from upstairs was super loud. There was no bathroom fan so it was super musty. Just odd stuff like that.

For the amount of money spent for 2 nights this hotel was way overpriced. Shower had an issue which they were capable of fixing but I shouldn’t have had these issues for the money spent.

We reserved a one bedroom suite with a balcony. The room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable but the room was also very tired looking. The couch and carpets were full of stains, the wall paper was peeling and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. We will still stay here again because the location to our family was very convenient and the price was fine.

Was surprised when there was no notice that they were not going to make up the room. When the plumbing failed, we were moved to a new room right away, though.

First time in SLO and was not disappointed! Great place to relax.

great stay very close to airport

First, there was a helicopter hovering Around the hotel at night. My room had a huge carpet stain and the showerhead had tape wrapped up around it to keep it in place downstairs a cup of coffee Was $2.50.

The dog area was dirty with dog feces that were not picked up by dog owners, my room had a leaking faucet and the mini-fridge had a high pitch noise that made it hard to sleep. Rooms looks outdated.

The room was very comfortable, wanted to charge me for 2 t bags as only green tea in room.Also extortionate price for breakfast at 20 dollars each with drinks on top. No coffee in foyer available despite this being common place in USA and choice hotels. Reception staff are very grumpy too. Look at cheaper hotels they offer a much better service.

It was what I expected not fancy but covient for the price. It was a last minute booking. So it was fine.

The room furniture is old and in bad condition. The jacuzzi does not work and is filthy dirty. The girl said the pool is heated but it is not! There are only 2 Tesla wall chargers. More chargers (ideally super chargers) are needed for Teslas and other EV vehicles. The hotel in general is in very poor condition. This location does NOT meet typical expectations for a Radisson hotel.

Very noisy, but it’s not in your control. You’re next to an airfield with that being said I think the prices should be lower.

Great location, staff greeted as soon as we walked in. The room was just as expected, and no complaints.

Location was excellent

I booked a junior suite that had a wonderful view, but that was about it. The water in the bathroom barely came out and brushing your teeth and washing. Your face was a complete challenge. I asked for blankets pillow and some sheets for the pullout couch it took them an hour, and they were all damp Like they just took them out of the dryer. They never brought us blankets or a pillow just a bunch of damp sheets. The parking was ridiculous. Only two choices valet $57 or across the street $25 each time you go in. I tried to order Rube service on Sunday night and 30 minutes later. No one answered the phone I was on hold. I ended up ordering Pizza Hut.

I didn’t like that I could hear my neighbors. It was annoying because they had many children in 1 room who were noisy and disruptive. Is the hotel that sold out that they can’t space out guests? I would not stay here again. Also, our toilet clogged on our first night. The hotel is generally older and needs a remodel.

Noise insulation need some improvements. Other than that, all good.

Rooms needed to be updated, no hot water and woman at front desk was rude

I guess booking through this site they place you on the outside side rooms are not new and you can see walls are damaged from water. People book these sites to get a good room with a good deal not to be placed in old rooms. Other than that the inside lobby is nice staff at night was nice.

Provide a room that has HVAC issue that was so loud that unable to sleep. Room next to it also under go renovation, with lot of noise. Need to change room next day.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Much of the hotel appeared to be "under renovation". The bar was closed, the hot tub was not functioning, the ice machine had been removed, etc. The rooms were not clean or well maintained, i.e. we rented 2 rooms and the carpet was stained in both rooms, wall paper and window sills were peeling and water damaged, cobwebs in corners, windows filthy. The bed skirts were old/yellowed and shower curtains had multiple snags. I would have been a bit more understanding if i had been informed the hotel "was under renovation" when i reserved the rooms but I was not told this until we were checked in and asked where the hot tub was located. There should have been a discount offered for staying there. And lastly, i took pictures but this website will not allow me to upload them.

Staff was very friendly and generally a nice property, but room renovations were being done on or floor two rooms over and started at or before 8:00 in the morning. We were not warned at check-in.
