Stayed on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and booked last minute, so the single night was pretty pricey. That being said, the room and common areas were sparkling clean. The room was very spacious and we were not bothered by noise from the hall or above rooms. There were blackout roller shades, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. The air conditioning worked very efficiently. I found the pillows to be a bit mushy and small for my taste, but pillow preferences are highly individualized. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable enough for a night. We did not sample the breakfast buffet that was included in the room rate. However, I did use the water filter, which was in the lobby near the elevator, to refill my hydro flask on more than one occasion. This was a nice amenity. Recommend for a clean comfortable stay in Santa Maria.

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great stop off location for a California road trip, right at the junction to Santa Maria. Hotel feels very clean and new, and close proximity to a new Wendy’s and supermarket.

Very nice clean room

Great hotel! The only issue I had was that there was an extremely large party at the pool that was completely out of control! The parents were outside drinking while their kids ran amuck! I know that's not the hotels fault but they do have a say in how the party is behaving,acting and disturbing the other gueats. On top of that, we asked for extra towels that evening and none were brought, at least have the courtesy of calling us and letting us know. We also requested a roll away bed and we were told that it wouldn't fit, the room is the same dimensions as the king bed with a sofa bed room. Just tell me that you don't have one, we need up running down to Walmart and bought a queen air mattress and there was still plenty of room.

The gentleman who checked us in was dealing with system issues since the computer outage had happened days before. He made us feel welcomed and did a great job of trying to navigate the challenges posed by the outage for our check in.

Everything was neat and clean. Efren checked us in and was friendly and polite and treated us like family. The other front desk employees were very pleasant when greeted, but didn’t initiate any acknowledgements unless we said hello. The breakfast staff was so efficient and friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool because the water felt cold (when granddaughter doesn’t get in all the way, it’s cold). Also, the ventilation system was really loud and made conversation difficult. However, the water and pool area was very clean and well maintained.
