I would stay here again if I needed a room on the fly. Not a hotel I would spend more than one night in. The staff were great, but the overall cleanliness of the room should of been better. Floors not swept under bed.

location is ideal for roadtrips because of access to roads and local services. I wish there was an elevator (had to drag heavy luggage up stairs to get to 2nd floor room). That was the only downside.

Close to downtown and museum, frontier days

Room smelled weird, was clean enough, but obviously very old and painted over poor repairs. Other guests seemed to “take over” with a multi-room party, monopolizing one of the outer staircase doors, kids vomiting outside said door multiple times. The real kicker though was the fire alarm at 1 am, apparently pulled by a random drunk guy according to the morning desk agent. I know this sounds like a lot, but we were only at this property for less than 16 hours. Will not attempt this one again.

Everyone was very professional and the room was super clean and well equipped for my stay. I was impressed. Plenty of sitting space and the towels were folded so cute. I’d definitely stay here again

For a one night stay the hotel was OK. Had to carry suitcases up a short flight of stairs which was unpleasant. The whole building had a "run-down" feel, and the breakfast food and coffee was at a very minimal in regards to quality and diversity.

Conjoined rooms. You can literally hear the person in the next rooms conversation. I even heard when they went to the bathroom. Not conveniently walking distance to places. I say the closest gas station would be a good 10-15 minute walk. Housekeeping could’ve done a better job at cleaning especially the bathroom! Luckily I travel with disinfectant wipes. Didn’t stay for breakfast but like the other reviews say it’s mostly cereal and pastries which is fine. Not worth the price in my opinion. It’s good for a one night in and out stay but I wouldn’t stay any longer than that.

The web site said hot breakfast and that is very misleading because it had packages of oatmeal bagels toast cereal and boiled eggs

It was very comfortable and clean check in attendant was very welcoming Went down this morning to get breakfast took my support pet the front desk attendant was just mumbling and he stuck his fingers up in the like he was flipping us off very rude this morning

Floor was dirty. The whole place was rather dumpy. Breakfast options 👎 For the amount they charged they could do better. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

The pictures of the property are very deceiving. The property is extremely outdated.

The room was hot and stuffy, even when the AC window unit was on, there was mold in the shower, and the mini fridge was super dirty and not cold. Definitely was price gouged for the Frontier Days. Will not stay here again.

Super convenient spot in Cheyenne! We stayed here for Frontier Days. Good water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed. They have laundry services and the front desk is very accommodating with making change to use the machines. Would stay again!

Stayed one night on our way home to Missouri. Clean room with good bathroom. No pool. good breakfast. Easy to get to. There are a few stairs no matter what room or floor you get. Would stay again.

Hotel dated, not kept up well, room just seem not up to par, especially for the price!

Fairly standard room, with coffee facilities, microwave and fridge. Rooms were clean. Would probably be a little crowded if more than two people staying. We made the mistake of leaving our window open at night and there was a lot of noise from the trains, was ok once we closed the window and turned the AC on.

Our room, which was nonsmoking, smelled so bad of smoke my friend who is allergic wasn’t even able to stay. I told the gal at the front desk, and understanding it is a busy season with Cheyenne frontier days - she didn’t offer to switch us rooms. All she did was spray the room with a can spray. Breakfast is below average…

Everyone was helpful knowledgeable

The air conditioner stopped working during the night. This caused me to wake in the very early morning as it was too hot and stuffy in the room. I was told it was because the AC had reached its temp setting. I had it set at 61F and the room was at 73F. Also, I put perishable food in the frig. The next morning all the food had gone bad because the frig was not cooling. I was told the frig was turned off to be more "green". It would have good for someone to tell me that or put a sign on the frig telling me that. It would have saved my food. Lastly, when we returned from an event, our room key would not open the exterior door in the back of the building. We walked around to the front, the fellow seemed quite frustrated and told us our key would open our room but not that door. It would have been good to put a sign on the door to tell the customers that. But, the fellow seemed upset enough I didn't tell him.

Quiet and very comfortable room. Staff was great!

First floor is kind of a half basement - downstairs. Beds are good. Just not super clean in the bathroom and room smelled a bit musty. Parking lot is a bit torn up and not much grass for dogs, but lots of grass at other properties next door for dogs.

Good overall. Comfortable beds. Nice light breakfast. Everything was as it should be.

The staff were efficient and friendly. Overall it was a good room. There was some paint peeling off the wall in the bathroom and some possible mold around the space between the tub and the upper wall.

Quiet and comfortable stay for one night while traveling to our destination. Would stay here again.
