Run; DO NOT BOOK HERE. Pay the extra money and find a DECENT place! Hotels.com will keep this hotel on their website even though it should be shutdown! No refunds, no working utilities, you will not trust sleeping, do not take your children here!

We were in a room for disabled. The bathroom floor tiles were broken and loose.
The hotel was close to the airport which was the only thing I liked.

Horrible room and lobby area needing repairs and maintenance. Horrible breakfast. Entire property needs help.

It was not a very nice, clean, or kept up hotel. Also, my tv didn't work, I complained about it 3 times, and they did nothing. Didn't provide many towels, the hotel itself was just old, and not very clean.

Cheap but not a great place, coffee was finished before 8 am, TV was not working and support staff who came could not finish it and appeared to be drunk. Hard working staff but the room felt damp.

They told me that they have a smoking room and they did not have a smoking room and I asked them to make up their room. They said you should notify us 24 hours in advance and they didn’t do it and I have bedbugs all over my body.

Very dirty, unsafe and very one including manager they’re smoking weed . After looking the room and manager I refuse to stay and ask for refund which I never received.

Room was ok overall, worst complaint was the toilet was so so low. Breakfast was basicslly non existent, by 730 there was not much choice at all.

Basic and old. Very surprised room did not have a light except on bedside table. Desk clerk seemed to think this was normal. It was what'd you expect for price paid. I was there after late flight and left early. No problem. But i wouldnt book thia hotel for family or friends.

The room was relatively clean but the towels were stained and worn. The bed was firm so we were looking forward to a good rest however there was a lot if noise from the floor above and the front desk personnel were constantly talking until late at night.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the AC was quite noisy and outdated. The beds are on wheels and would shift if you only just breathe in. The hot and cold water combination in the shower is off as you can only have one or the other, not a good mix.

The towels in the restroom were dirty, the bedding was dirty & when I went to the front desk asking the woman to replace these items, she told me that I should have brought my own towels with me. The walls were also dirty.

Was supposed to have a pool, did not have one. Was supposed to get 2 queen beds got 2 full beds. Breakfast was frozen muffins.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days while we visited friends in the area. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. Some friends were also staying with us in the hotel and the disparity between our rooms was wild. Their TV was held up by cups because it had no stand. There were stains all over the wall. Their fire alarm was ripped out of the ceiling and shoved into the nightstand. The window was moldy, had no screen and was completely out of the track so they couldn't open it if they wanted to.
Overall our stay was just okay. I would probably not stay here again with everything considered.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Toilets don’t flush, dirty sheets, blood stains on the blankets, dirty towels. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The lady was sooo rude. Definitely not recommend staying here. Worst experience ever.

Stayed overnight before a morning flight. Breakfast was very limited choices - dry cereal, muffins, fruit, juice, milk & coffee. No option for make yourself waffles or anything hot - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage.
