The room smelled like mildew. After moving to a new room I was disappointed with the cleanliness.

Comfortable beds. Plastic toilet seat moved everytime you sat down. Great breakfast.

This property was pretty gross. House keeping did not clean the room considering there was pee on the toilet seat and counters and fridge were dirty, and the whole room smelled. They did not have the room we booked and gave a very hard time getting a room with 2 beds even though we had booked in advance and did the online check in first thing in the morning. There were not enough towels in the room which wouldnt be a big deal but when we asked for more they just didnt bring them and then ignored the phone when we called down hours later. The pool was green. Definitely not worth it to ever stay there again.

There were no robes in the room and when I requested one I was told that there weren’t any clean ones.

If you are looking for a hotel while you have a dr apt at CHOP (King if Prussia) this one is it... CHOP is right across the street. The staff at this hotel is def a 10 out 10. I travel from Bermuda and stay here all the time and customer services has ALWAYS been very professional. Need a ride to Walmart, the mall or even some where to eat the shuttle drops you off and picks you up. The guys that drive the shuttle are so professional. Sherton you have amazing Staff that work in yout King of Prussia location!

The hotel is situated minutes from the mall and lots of other shopping. The fitness room was excellent and the restaurant for breakfast okay. Given the price of oatmeal though, it would have been nice to include fruit beyond just raisins.

No hot water on first night. Everything fine thereafter, but that's really bad.

My room was on the 4th floor, about 100 yards away from the conference center. In my two night stay, there were two proms and a gospel brunch-- all of which kept me up/woke me up. I had to switch rooms twice. The first switch was after the very late noises of cleaning up the prom and setting up for the brunch, and the very early morning (8:00 am) brunch, where staff began set-up and woke me from 6:00am. The initial room had a broke phone, which I asked about within an hour of arriving, it was never repaired. The second room had a broken phone as well, and the air conditioning did not work. Had to move to room three- which finally worked. All the room moving happened at 11:00pm. I was offered a fee breakfast- when I already had a breakfast meeting. A free night should have been offered. the front desk was very apologetic, but honestly-- if there are available rooms, do not put ANY guest in rooms 450-467 as they are FAR too near the large hall used for events. Better yet- DO NOT stay on the 4th floor. DISASTER visit, with VERY little sleep!

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and clean. Only 'complaint' was the fridge. It was a very old model and even on the highest setting barely kept anything even cool. The front desk staff were fantastic and so helpful. The location is close to pretty much everything. Would absolutely stay again!

This is not unique to this hotel or brand... I'm not a fan of having a single "door" or half screen on the shower. It is drafty and water splashes all over.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time they had an issue with power and rooms had no power and I was relocated to a nearby hotel. Now my AC in the room did not work and was running at 84 degrees, and even though I was moved to another room, there was not hot water for a shower in the morning. The staff was friendly overall and tried to help but overall the facilities appear to be not well maintained.

Checked in online, and it said I just need to stop by the desk to grab my keys. When we arrived at 11pm, we were at the desk for almost 15 minutes doing a check in process. I’ll also add that we weren’t greeted by anyone, I saw the staff member sitting in the back and I had to get her attention before she even came out. The room was fine, headboards are very dated and need to be replaced. Room was not very clean, found a hair-tie in my bed, sink would spray water if not turned on all the way, and were only given two large towels for a room that slept four. Folks in the room next to us were cackling until 1am. I know that’s not the hotels fault; but it added a level of annoyance. Considering we were only there for a night, it did what it needed. But I was not impressed and would not return to this property in the future.

Me and the wife decided to spice the night up and stay at a hotel for the night. I get there 60 minutes before her and walked into the bathroom amd it smelled like fresh sewer. I called the front desk to change the room before the wife arrived. I switched rooms and we troed to enjoy the night. Woke up rhe next next morning and wanted to continue the evening in the morning while taking a couples shower before we went to work but there was no hot water. We had to check out 3 hours early so that we could go home to shower before we went to work. This experience ruined our moment away from the kids and we dont get many. The hotel didnt do anything except say sorry. We could have just stayed home for all of this.

Clean and quiet room. Our room was quite a bit of walking distance from the main hall, but wasn’t too terrible.

Lacking basic services. No mini fridge. Lack of hot water, and heating working only half of the time. Needs to improve for the price....

Best shower pressure. Pool closed for maintenance which is the only reason we came. Have to pay for WiFi and breakfast not included. Also. Side door never locked! We stayed on ballroom floor that had its own entrance that was wide open all night. Anyone could have come in there! Not safe feeling. Decorated nicely.

It was fine nothing to rave about

I really like how friendly your staff is. Well, I love kids, but there seemed to be a lot of elementary kids on Friday night yelling, playing and screaming near the 4 th floor elevator area. No parent supervision. This is not the caught of the hotel.

Every single staff member was excellent! From the attendants, to the front desk and the bar. Multiple people spoke about their long tenure with Sheraton and about how they enjoyed working there. The room was awesome to boot!
