Unfortunately, several aspects of our experience fell short of expectations.
We specifically requested a handicap-accessible room for my mother, who has mobility challenges. However, the bed was positioned too high for her to access comfortably, forcing her to spend the 3 night in a chair. This not only contradicts the purpose of an accessible room but also reflects a lack of consideration for your guests’ needs. Additionally, we were informed that no rollaway or pullout beds were available, despite this being advertised.
We also noticed that there was no coffee in the lobby, which was stated to be available 24 hours. This lack of availability was disappointing. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that additional towels could not be provided until dirty ones were returned, which added unnecessary inconvenience during our stay.
These issues did not meet the standards I associate with the Courtyard brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects the experiences of others who may face similar challenges.

The front desk staff was very unprofessional at check-in by carrying on with side conversations and ignoring the customer. The remote control did not work for the TV in my room, and when I was given another remote, it still did not work for my TV; so I spent a night without being able to watch TV (and no I was not refunded any of my money). The business center printer was also non-working. The room had no microwave; the hair dryer handle was sticky. The thermostat would not cool my room past 72. It was definitely not worth the money I spent; maybe it should be priced at around $65 opposed to $265. This was just a bad experience overall. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

The fire alarm went off at 2AM and we all evacuated but we were never told what was going on as we waited outside or even after we were given an all clear. There was no fire. No gas. And no smoke.
The room was comfortable but had a stale smell and the shower was only HOT. There was no cold water regardless of where we turned the nozzle.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. The shower floor felt disgusting. The guest staying above my room walked with heavy feet, it sounded like he/she was going to come through the ceiling. It's nothing the hotel could do about it but it was extremely irritating. Luckily, I was only there for one night.

Nice lobby area. Friendly staff. I think they are doing some sort of remodeling as there was construction materials in a corner by the side entrance. Room was okay, I reserved a regular room but they gave us a handicap room. I did not realize that until we got in the room. Front desk said they did not have the room I reserved available so they were giving us one with a queen bed. I said that is fine but it turned out to be a handicap room. I did not complaint as we were just staying for that one night to continue with our trip the next day. Overall it was okay.

No breakfast! Us and several guest expected a continental breakfast. At check in, I asked what time breakfast was served and he said 7-10am. Never once mentioned it was additional cost. The Expedia listing says breakfast available. Just a little deceiving to guests. You can add it for more $! There was a family reunion at the hotel.They have a patio in the back yet everyone was by the front door too. The whole place smelled like skunk ass weed. All three floors. There were families with little kid that were in shock in the elevator. Dont stay in Dayton..parking lot needs repaved and shower tub looked disgusting stained peeling.

It was a very nice place. We had a room with a sofa and it was great being able to watch tv in a more home like setting. And the walk-in shower was a very nice surprise. Would definitely stay there again.

Our sink faucet fell off in the bathroom and the sink emergency turn off was frozen in place. The faucet in the suite area was extremely loose. Fire alarm went off at 7:30am (problem with sprinkler system)

Just dropped in for a comfortable weekend solo getaway and my room was perfect! Everything was very clean and comfortable. I especially liked having the room with a balcony to step out on at night. Hotel also host some nice nightly events for guest. I Most definitely will be returning.

This property is far and away the worst Courtyard by Marriott I have ever stayed at. The whole property appeared to be very dated. It was over priced. My room had hot water and toilet problems and was at best only marginally clean. Staff was inattentive. All in all I would rate it poor.

We stayed here on the last leg of our week long vacation. Very welcoming staff. Room was excellent—in the morning we ordered coffees and when we tried to pay were told they were on the house and to have safe travels..what an awesome start to our day!
