Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Couldn’t check into the room I reserved which was a king suite, instead they proposed “2 doubles, but it’s an upgrade”. Allegedly they were sold out. The smell was awful, there were large garbage bags in the middle of the hallway, cleaning staff left their carts blocking a hallway for about 5 minutes. It doesn’t end there. There was a dog barking incessantly close to our room. They did move us, but that process took about another 15 minutes, so here we are “downgrading” once more to another room with 2 small beds on the first floor. The smell is still awful AND OF COURSE there is a dog next to this room as well. Is this the pet hotel? They “waived our parking fee” as a courtesy. What a load of ——— the lot isn’t secure and the only person who will get your car towed is the woman who works nights and calls in the truck. Will never return and arguably questioning my loyalty to Hilton…in which I’m a diamond member…

We were evacuated during Hurricane Milton and this hotel was like a home away from home. It was clean, spacious, and every single person we spoke to was kind and attentive.

Stay one night after a planned businesss trip. I loved the spacious suite and comfort of an apartment. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel in awhile! Nice Applebees restaurant literally in the same parking lot! I will stay again next time I’m in the area.

I Honestly thought I was going to walk into a crappy place due to the rates but when I opened the door I was shocked. Clean, spacious and a two thumbs up on this location. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Maitland

I had read the reviews and there were comments about bugs but I took a chance. Unfortunately, there were really small bugs in our room so please correct that issue. Also, the water in the kitchen wasn’t hot and the water in the shower was hot but not for long.

Kudos to the staff, breakfast was great, just don't be late. The river at the back next to the pool needs to be maintained.

There was garbage at the 5th floor garbage can by the elevator for over 12 hours… it was very smelly and made the entire floor smell badly. The couch in our room was old and hard. The TV was not plugged in and no cable attached. When we called the front desk we were told that maintenance was on a break and would come help us when they were available.

The room had roaches, They didn't replace our towels so we couldn't take a shower on our second day

Very impressed by every aspect of my stay, everyone in the staff that I encountered was friendly, the check in and check out were fast and efficient, the room was comfortable and most importantly quiet, from the halls I could hear sounds coming from other rooms but once I entered my room there was near silence. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Parking is not free. It should be since this is not a dense area. The location was convenient enough. The breakfast was above average. The pool was pretty small and closed early . Rooms were large and clean.

The power was out in the hotel for over four hours. The bedroom sheets had yellow stains, the bath tub was dirty and the bath floor towel was filthy. My husband and I are very disappointed.

Not a bad place for the price but needs a facelift. No way it’s a 9.3 as rated. Shampoo was empty in the shower. $10 fee per night to park.

We weren’t sure how to get a schedule for the TV channels. Most likely user error. And the door leading to the parking lot SLAMMED very loudly. I can’t imagine the interior doors being so loud. No matter. Any slamming door is alarming and interruptive.
For such a pretty hotel, the paint job on the door to the parking lot was very unprofessional.
Those items are so minor. I would gladly stay again and recommend to friends.

Checkin was fantastic. Ive stayed here a few times the past few years. Having my car broken into is always a concern , its unfortunate. I dont know a feasible solution.

Room was neat but older. Paint chipping and decor dated. Carpets old and worn and elevators slow. Pull out sofa god awful and uncomfortable but linens were ample. Pool area has no restrooms so you have to leave and go back inside.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and seating plenty. Very pet friendly! It was a nice 2 night stay for a decent price. I wouldn’t do more than a weekend.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, this time for graduation at UCF. The staff was amazing as always, but the biggest problem we had was the age of the bed and furniture in our room. The king size bed in our room was very old and very hard. At one time it was a pillow-top mattress, but that time has long passed. Having a wife who is a disabled vet, we chose Homewood Suites due to the comfort, but this trip we were disappointed.

Overall a great hotel. We were on the 5th floor which is the top floor even with AC on it was alittle warm but ok. Very nice staff, great breakfast every day and would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Spacious and in a nice area. Breakfast very good. Staff very professional and friendly. But the room smelled strongly of food and the sofa bed absolutely needs a new mattress. Could not sleep on it at all. Also, only 4 towels when we chose a room for 6 people. For the high room price, I expected much better.
