Staff members were friendly and helpful with directions

This was an older property but what I generally expect for a hotel near a national park. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised by the fact my room had a ceiling fan. Being from Texas we use our ceiling fans year round. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location and close to everything.

Clean and roomy

The room was very nice, even had a ceiling fan. Never stayed in a room with one before. The bed was made everyday. The breakfast was really good. There was a good variety of hot and cold options. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Getting to the breakfast area from the back using the hallways was very confusing. I tried for 3 days and finally gave up and walked around the building. With a cane, it was difficult.

People that work there are super nice and friendly. Super helpful with all our doubts too. The place surrounding the hotel is just beautiful. We were SUPER happy with a coffee machine available all day where we got al least two three hot chocolates a day. They are delicious and we were super super happy to have them available all day. Please go and try them!

We had 4 Adults traveling together. Shortly after check in we went to dinner. While we were gone we had a water bottle leak on one of the beds.So we called, maybe around 8 pm, front desk to ask for a set of bedding so we could change the sheets. I was told that housekeeping would be up shortly. They showed up very quickly and change the whole bed for us. They even changed the waterproof cover. Everyone was so nice and super clean.

We have stayed here several times. Wonderful location and nice size rooms. Breakfast was delicious and is a nice bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice rooms, good pool area, and excellent breakfast. Our only complaint would be that the mattresses are very firm which we did not care for, other than that we loved it!

Very clean, great breakfast

Had a great stay here. We really enjoyed the balcony view and ate on our balcony every evening. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was kept very clean. The kids loved the pool access. Overall, great stay and we were sad to leave.

Main part of hotel seems much nicer but they put us in what they called the "annex". It was clean but that was the only thing decent about it. Old, musty... not worth anything close to what we paid for the room. I won't ever stay there again but if I did I would be 100% sure I wasn't in an annex room.

This hotel was very clean. The housekeeping staff were great and made up the room very well everyday. The hot breakfast was good but not great. We only had one issue where we needed room service in the middle of the night and could not get ahold of anyone. We called the front desk multiple times, walked down to the front desk to find the lights out and doors locked. One of us eventually walked outside to the entrance door of the main lobby and found a button to contact someone, on the outside of the building. This worked, and we were able to get the room service we needed, an hour later. No staff, including the manager, offered any apology at all for this and repeatedly asked if we called the front desk and told us they were at the front desk the entire time. At checkout, we were asked how our stay was, so i brought this up, and again no apology. They continued to tell me that i didn't do what i was supposed to to get ahold of someone when i called the front desk. Apparently, after the front desk phone rings and nobody answers, and after the automated system answers to tell you nobody is available, it gives an after hours phone number. Maybe i got impatient waiting on the phone every time i called and hung up before getting to this point, but i never heard that part of the automated system. It really doesn't matter. It shouldn't be this hard to get ahold of someone in the middle of the night, and not offering even a simple apology has resulted in this review.

I loved staying at the Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn! Amazing staff, great breakfast. The rooms are great and housekeeping as well! Will definitely be only staying here when visiting Estes Park, Co.

Stayed one night, such friendly staff at check in. Easy walk to Estes Lake. The breakfast was great. 5-10 minutes to RMNP.

The hotel was nice, family friendly. Breakfast was good and kids always ate well. The pool was a daily winner after our other activities, and the location to everything was always 7 to 10 minutes which was fantastic.

Man who checked us in was very, very helpful and nice. Seemed to really enjoy his job.

This was our first trip to Estes and we enjoyed very minute of it, staff was helpful with information around the town and just overall wonderful! We will be back again, for sure!

We enjoy the quiet

Our room was larger that what we have experienced at Best Western hotels in other locations in the US. Nice clean rooms and great staff. The breakfast options were outstanding and always plentiful amount was available vs. at some other hotels we know they cut corners by not refilling timely. Highly recommended for whomever breakfast is one of the important requirements.

This was one of the quietest places I have ever stayed! I felt safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable. And the breakfasts were great! I would gladly stay there again.
