We asked for a room away from the elevator and they put us right next to the elevator. The stovetop was broken, the dishwasher didn’t work and dishes were all filthy when we arrived. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were beyond filthy. The room was pretty trashed and really needs some maintenance. Not at all worth the money. Very disappointing as this used to be a nice place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. I arrived at midnight. The guy at the desk was very nice. He ran my credit card for $20 in case I drank all their coffee and swiped all the towels and toiletries. The room was clean and well maintained.
The bed was comfortable. My alarm went off at 3:00AM for my flight, and I left. I asked the desk clerk if there was someone from security that could walk me to my car. "No." My stay was 3 hours. The $20 for incidentals is still pending on my credit card.

Pros: Location great, good breakfast options and front desk personal nice.
Cons: Room worn down, room service non-existent (stayed a week and room was never cleaned during that time, we took out our own trash, had to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc). They allow dogs which you can smell (urine, wet dog scent) and they dark at all hours (had to call down to the front desk twice in the middle of the night since there was a dog next door going crazy and waking my 3 year old).
Overall for the money it wasn't absolutely horrible however my husband and I wouldn't ever elect to stay there again.

The room was ok the bed was horrible it felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Oh and they chatge you to park your car 5.00 day that's terrible since you are staying at the hotel never heard of that before and their breakfast was

I didnt like that I had to pay 5 dollars a day to park at the hotel. I loved the large fully equipped room. Break was ok, didn't love it. Please change your coffee, its bold not preferred by many. Would recommend

The hotel was fabulous. Unfortunately booking through Expedia was our downfall. We could see we could bring our dog and even noted this when registered but didnt learn of the fee for bring a pet. Also free wifi is only available to those who join their membership of the hotel.

We rented the two bedroom suite for a girls getaway and it was perfection. The beds were so comfortable, complete with blackout curtains for optimal sleeping. A great size table and small kitchen were perfect for our dinners and also board games and puzzles. I’ve never seen a closet quite like this one, very spacious and both equipped with organizers. The primary bedroom had a great desk, making this a perfect stay for a business trip. Will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Townhome Suites. Our suite had everything we needed for our three nights stay and was conveniently close to shopping. We were able to cook our meals in the suite with a fully stocked kitchen. The daily breakfast was a bonus. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and spacious rooms! The staff was great and super welcoming . They also provide a shuttle too move you around! Definite 10 out of 10 for me:) I will definitely be coming back.

Our hotel room was on the first floor, near the gym/pool, elevators, and the common area where breakfast was served. It was semi busy during our stay so it was a little loud (Fri and Sat night) but still okay. My partner is allergic to dust mites and she was a little uncomfortable here, so keep that in mind. But our room was clean with fresh towels, no stains on the sheets, clean kitchen. Bed was medium firmness, both of us liked it. Parking was always available. Toilet did clog once, the water pressure seemed kind of weak, but we were able to remedy that easily. Overall it was a decent stay.

Staff was friendly. Room was clea . We were hoping to hang out in the pool, which was the purpose for selecting this hotel. The pool was extremely dirty. No pump was running and they actually let people swim in it. We were disappointed

The full “pullout” doesn’t have a mattress. It’s not a feasible option for an adult to sleep on. Very misleading and painful to sleep on. The cabinets were broken. The toilet overflowed twice in a two night stay. The shower curtain is too big so you stand on curtain when you shower. The pool was dirty, no filter running, and had hair floating on the surface. They charge for parking and a $210 hold plus a $40 hold was placed on my account even though I paid in full with Expedia. I’m told those charges won’t come out, but I don’t trust it. Very nice people working here, but very uncomfortable stay.

Room was very nice, excellent service, friendly helpful staff. The only negative was when we entered the room it had a strong cigarette smoke smell. I did talk with the reception staff who contacted housekeeping staff. When we returned from supper the main area smelled better but the bathroom had a strong smoke odor yet. I was concerned because it suppose to be smoke free rooms and I didn’t want any charges due to odor and that you thought we were smoking as we do not smoke.

we were pleasantly surprised at the room style. Loved the separate sleeping quarters
The hotel was very clean and staff was accommodating. Breakfast was nothing fancy but adequate. Our only issue was the indoor pool was not heated.

The hotel was in very good shape. The decor looked fairly new and was nicely done. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to the airport picked me up promptly at 4:15 AM as they said and the driver was very nice.
