Aged property that is maintained well enough with amenities and location that make this property worth real consideration.
This is the antithesis of fancy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Good size room, great location as easy walking distance to a number of sights plus restaurants . Nice rooftop pool and very well equipped gym. Easy check in. Very clean.

It is well located and close to Paulista avenue. The breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious.
However the building is very old and noise is everywhere as it’s not insulated at all. This is not a normal hotel as many people live there as they work in the city. The units are studio style. The building has construction work underway and you can’t take any rest. I walked downstairs and I complained couple of times to the receptionist that I paid a good price for my stay while I had other choices to book and I can’t even rest! She said she will find another room then she called me after 2 minutes saying there is no other room available but she will refund one night out of my 3 booked nights there to show courtesy!!! I haven’t received anything …
The staff seems to be are very unhappy from their job and no one is trying to help out!

So the place is a little run down and could use some point and definitely some more and better furniture in the rooms. On the plus sides: location close to Avenida Paulista, restaurants, shopping etc. Try to get an upper floor if the traffic noise bothers you. Great to have a two-room suite for a family of four, plus a tiny kitchen and table with four chairs but needed a better/bigger couch for living area, maybe a couple more chairs. Great breakfast, friendly service, secure Negative: needs an update of paint and trim. Would definitely stay again. Location is fantastic!

We loved everything about this hotel and location! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. My husband, daughter, and I stayed an entire week here and felt very safe and comfortable. The front desk staff were always eager to help with any questions and concerns we had. Everything was very clean and the housekeeper kept our room fresh and tidy every day. Our beds were comfortable. The security guard and doorman were friendly and very focused on those coming in and out. There is a nice restaurant in the building where we enjoyed a couple of meals. The restaurant also sells a few groceries such as snacks and drinks. The best thing about our stay was the complimentary breakfast! We have travelled all over the world, and we thought the variety was wonderful. The breakfast staff work hard to keep everything stocked and replenished foods quickly. We would stay here again if we were find ourselves back in São Paulo.

It’s very well located, 2 blocks from Av.Paulista and its metro stations.
The Room was quite wore I needs renovation.
On the other hand it was clean and beds were comfy.
The highlight goes to the awesome, tasty and free breakfast, full of fresh Brazilian delicacies.

The bed and linens and towels were not acceptable for the rating for price of this hotel property. No amenities in the kitchen. The only nice thing I have to say for this rating is the hotel is located in a nice area.

What a wonderful place to stay. We feel very secure and area was very safe and a lot of security. The best part I think was the breakfast and the view from the 28th floor was just amazing. The apartment was very spacey and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. They Even accommodated us to be in the room earlier than the check in time. I would recommend this place 100%. I was very surprised that the place was so great. I was a little hesitant to book this hotel because I thought it was ,what they call in Brazil, a flat.

A few staff walked past me without asking if they can assist in some way... Luckily another guest staying saw me and offered me to join him. Very nice man.

People working there are very helpful, friendly and nice! The outlets in the room need to be "fixed," I left my phone plugged and it didn't charge at all. In the AM I changed it to another plug and it worked. At breakfast (included and with fresh delicious fruit) one of their staff helped me charging my phone. Very much appreciated gesture! I recommend this place, I would stay there again, but there is nothing fancy. I love this area. You can walk everywhere, take a taxi, bus, or subway. 2 blocks from Paulista! Reasonable priced! I booked without even realizing the penthouse breakfast was part of the deal. Great location with easy cab access to many spots and also Metra Green/Yellow access.
