The hotel was very nice, however, it's directly opposite some kind of club, and music boomed out until about 2am on both nights of my stay. I mentioned this to staff when I checked out, and they said if I'd mentioned it, they could have moved me to a different room. However, I think the booming bass could be heard for miles around, and once you have settled in to a room, it's a real hassle to pack up and move. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room & service was exceptional. I really liked the gym but the spa for women was a little dated (no sauna :-().
The breakfast restaurant was extremely busy during the weekend and my request would be to train the staff to handle the crowd in a more optimal way.

Rooms were very clean.
Breakfast at the trinity restaurant was sub-par, infact one of the days they served spoilt food.
I have stayed at The Taj in other locations and this one in Bangalore needs to do a lot of improvement particularly with "food" and noise for the guests.

Excellent customer service, All staff were always ready to help. To name some Ningaraju in concierge went out of way to provide transport for our day trips as well as pick up and drop off to the airport. Our driver Nirmal was excellent and knowledgeable.Anshu provided excellent service during our morning buffet. She was very helpful. As well as Taj rep Vellu at the airport made our departure at the airport was very helpful and organised our departure smoothly and promptly. I will recommend visitors visiting Bengaluru to Taj MG Road- excellent facilities and makes your stay enjoyable. Great buffet breakfast.

Great location great service excellent food and a great ambiance.The restaurant had great selection of food and service was quick and pleasant.The craft brewery on site had some great beers and the bar and the staff were excellent.Would definitely stay here again .

We had an amazing stay at the Taj hotel. While the rooms are smaller compared to other 5-star hotels, the customer service is top-notch; they ensure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast buffet was average, but the quality of the products in the buffet and in the rooms is top-notch. The location is also very convenient, with everything close by. Overall, we stayed for a total of four nights.

Check in experience was bad.. once you enter inside there is nobody to assist you, you can't find staff and empty seats at service desks... this was something I never experienced anywhere else.
Rooms were neat, but still dust can be noticed on the tables etc. Spacious, Good bed, comfy bathrooms.
Restaurant when we went to dine was a total mess, we were abandoned for so long and later got some help from one lady, people were standing and eating which makes others uncomfortable in walking and accessing items.. not sure there was some corporate event or something and they had a bulk booking and people like us who also have a reservation is ignored... food was ok, not too much items, but taste was good for non veg dishes, veg items were not that good when compared...

They made wait for 5 hours to check in even though a room was available. Only way I could I check in early was if I paid extra nights rental. Very disappointed. Also the room was small in size

Good location, good food, Very quiet after the recent upgrade from Vivanta to Taj. I was worried about the road noise, but the room had double glazed windows and there was no noise at all.

And by the way, often you hear about some small eateries which serve excellent fluffy idlis or soft vadas etc. Try Taj MG Road for Rawa Masala Dosa. The best I ever had 🙏

I had booked lake view room. When I checked in I found out that I was not placed in a lake view room. When I complasined they said they have no rooms with lake view available. So I unpacked and 30 minutes later they called to let me know that they have found a lake view room and i can move there. Very inconvenient once unpacked. Not like Taj I am used to in the past.
