Front desk very nice and friendly, clean hotel and pet friendly so that’s a perk for me on my next visit!

If you plan on using the shuttle service plan on extra time and aggravation. Took 4 calls and 30+ minutes to answer the phone to find out if service was offered. Gave up on landing to get back in touch after 20 minutes and paid for Uber.
Hotel needs to remove that it is even offered.

My flight arrived later than the available times for hotel shuttle. Paul arranged a Lyft and called me to be sure I was taken care of and safe as I was traveling solo.

Excellent place to stay. Wife and I frequent kings island and we absolutely look for any chance or excuse to get back down to KY so we opted for a 30 minute drive between the park and hotel so we could stay in Florence. We almost always stay in a comfort inn as they are generally the nicest hotel for around a hundred bucks a night and they usually have great breakfast. The staff were super friendly,the room was clean(there were some minor paint stains and blemishes), the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Was a relatively quiet night, the sounds from the Planes helped us sleep. The ac unit worked, but was on its last leg. The fan was whirring in and out but we kinda liked the ambience of it, others may not. Breakfast was terrific here as well, fully stocked, hot, fresh, and a good variety of food and drinks. We will surely be staying here again.

I did not like their tone and the manner In which they act as if someone is going to get over on them. And that I paid for 2 nights and they wouldn't even let me In the room until I went out and paid ANOTHER 100 just to get into the room I reserved for 2 nights all because I used Expedia. Never again and I highly do not reccomend

We are always pleased to stay at Comfort Inn Airport Turfway Road in Florence, KY!! The staff and service and amazing and it has become our home away from home. This trip my daughter dropped her wallet and left it in our hotel room when we checked out, and the cleaner found it and brought it to the front desk, and Dave the GM called me directly to alert me so that we could come back and pick it up! Amazing service, and I recommend everyone stay here!

This was a great hotel stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was quiet and in a great neighborhood. Restaurants were close as well.

The coffee was terrible, there was no unflavored oatmeal, the room with the ice maker had a sewer smell.

The room absolutely smelled, and when we talked to them about it, nothing could be done. This was far & away the worst stay we could have had to cap off an otherwise enjoyable couples’ vacation.

Was good but some places in the rooms were a little dirty and found a used q tip in the floor. Other than that great sleeping place and comfy.

The area had a lot of things close, food choices, target, etc. Easy to get to downtown Cincinnati (by car). The room smelled a little moldy and the air conditioner didn't really get cold. The tub had some moldy corners. Overall it was fine.

There are plenty of food and shopping options around the hotel. The hotel is a outdated but not horrible. The staff that I did see were very nice.

I have a cat and was loking for a good hotel with a reasonable price for pets. Comfort Inn had the best price. Plus I got a nice place to stay.

Our room had tiny ants. Every time Id pick up my phone or a drink there would be one on it. WiFI was not strong enough to stream. Had to use my phone’s personal hotspot which was max’d out after the 1st night so we were forced to watch crappy old cable the entire 2nd day. Comfortable bed but I wont stay there again for the previously mentioned reasons.

Appears run down. Needs some updates. Our room had an odor and the hallway as well. They did clean our room daily, fresh towels, and made beds so that was a positive.
