Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Heating/cooling system for the air was fine.

Hot water was broken. Now understand that I understand these thing happen, but the problem was that the person who checked us in, did not inform us of this issue. They fixed it in one day, so we only had one shower that was cold. No offer of adjustment was given, which would have been a good business practice. Also our room's diverter handle (room 140) was not working properly. We were able to manipulate it to give us a proper mix of hot/cold water, but I have a feeling that the issue will not stay adjustable for long. You might want to look into it.

The staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was smoke free. It was so terrible. Someone with asthma would not have been able to stay there. Also, there were no elevators to get to the second floor which was a little difficult for my elderly mother to get to the room.

Outside of the hotel was nice.

When we went to check in the lady at the desk was arguing with a lady in front of me about her ringing the bell. She was very rude to the guest. Then my husband went down to get something out of the car and stepped on the moped floor and a nother employee said I just mopped there. Well there was no wet floor sign. She was rude. There is no elevator in the hotel. It smelled like cigarettes Thur the hallway and weed smell from guest smoking in rooms. The shower was awful no water pressure. I don't recommend this hotel
