This reasonably priced hotel includes in the price one of the best breakfasts anywhere! Lots of options even for those with food sensitivities and allergies. Extremely helpful and friendly staff!

Wow! Very impressed. Lanesse gave us a warm reception, was so helpful and accommodating in every way!! She and her coworkers all had such great personalities ! Truly made our stay 5 star! BTW the hotel was so nice too!

We had a great stay. Only issue was washing machine and elevator were broke. Overall would definitely stay again.

The staff did what they could to make the stay comfortable. There was an unfortunate incident with graffiti, that was cleaned up within a half day. The pull out sofa was a uncomfortable hard surface for sleeping. The pool was clearly not open for quite some time and the laundry was also very limited due to machines that had also not been working for some time.

Really great place to stay at with a family. Bonus if you like middle eastern cuisine. There are many restaurant options downtown Dearborn. Also, the Henry Ford museum is only a few minutes away. It’s a short drive to Detroit as well. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Absolutely no complaint.

Good, clean rooms. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was spacious for two adults and a small child. Was very handy having a kitchenette. Amenities nearby are not walkable but lots of eateries and shops within a few minutes drive.

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, we were in town for a funeral. We arrived a couple of hours before check in. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and allowed us to check in early. We were just looking for place to secure our luggage until check in. The room was clean and maintained. Only complaint was a neighbor who violated the no smoking rule. We would definitely stay again.

The person who checked me in was so rude, her attitude is terrible, she doesn’t have people skills and don’t need to be the first person to see at the hotel. Such a nice room and area to have to deal with terrible customer service. They need a class on how to treat people

The online check-in did not work. When we arrived and wen to our room, it was a total mess. Sweeper in the filthy bathroom. Unmade bed. Thirty-five cents on the desk. It looked like someone lived there and was evicted. When they put us in a new room, we could hear everyone else in different rooms. Opening dressers and closing doors. And one person had their tv on so loud it was horrid. Finally, the breakfast area was a joke. Could not even walk around b/c of the small space. Felt like we were in a closet.

I loved that the property offers rooms set up like 1 and 2 bedroom apartments! However, avoid being placed next to the stairs or in any building other than the main building the check in center is located in due to noise and people hanging out smoking outside your window at all hours.

Property is being renovated. Stayed in an area already completed, it was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is they need to replace thier washers and dryers in the laundry rooms, some were not working.
