The hotel is well located in Heviz. Service is great, good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. The bed was a little bit harsh for me. The hotel is very quiet, good pool and spa facilities. Most of the guests were 60+ in age.

Hotel is in good condition. Bed is comfortable and the rainfall shower is great. Breakfast and dinner buffets are quite nice. The downside is that many things seem to close at an earlier time. The massage reception is closed at 6 pm. While spa facilities are said to close around 9 pm, it is closing at 8 pm. Overall the stay is still good.

The room was lovely and comfortable, we loved the menu of pillows. Food and drink were glorious and catered to any taste. Top tip, book your treatments early! We opted for a couples massage and enjoyed the experience completely. One of the highlights is to bathe in the famous waters (available in the spa), which really do have remarkable and positive effects. If I can I’ll go back for the classic car show in the summer time.

This was an excellent stay! Very nice hotel, amazing food, nice amenities, friendly english speaking staff. Excellent New year celebration with show and fireworks. I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms were on a small side but comfortable and clean . The hotel staff was absolutely great , very polite and accommodating. Housekeeping was excellent , very responsive to questions and any inquiries for extra items . The pools , saunas , all service areas were very clean and there were no limits on clean fresh towels which was absolutely a bonus all by itself . Even though the building and the rooms were not the largest and not top-notch updated, the whole impression of the place is very positive and the atmosphere of hospitality compensates everything . Planning to come back in the nearest future myself and highly recommending Lotus Therme to friends and family .

This hotel provides all the amenities deserving its 5 star rating. The food is of excellent quality and variety. Staff (both the hotel and the restaurant) is friendly and very helpful. The rooms may be slightly dated, but well kept and clean. The hotel grounds are beautiful, especially in their gorgeous fall colors. Nightly live music in the bar is pleasant and entertaining. The thermal pools and adjacent rest areas provide for complete relaxation.

I stayed for one night in April 2016. The hotel location is not terribly convenient, but you can walk to the thermal lake nearby. The hotel itself has a wide variety of pools, saunas, and more, which are very nice. Room was fine, and comfortable. All went well.

A very nice hotel, excellent food, good mix of facilities, comfortable rooms and within walking distance of the Spar. You will need a car to get to and from the hotel and around the district. Good place to go for up to a week.

The rooms themselves were clean, well appointed and the grounds were well kept. The many thermal pools and the work out rooms were clean and well appointed. We played tennis on the clay courts and they were in great shape. This was a half-board hotel with buffet style meals. The dining room service was spotty. The food was okay. Would have hoped to be able to have the option of a sit-down dinner ordering from a menu. The place was quiet, almost too quiet for our family's taste. Even though the hotel was full, there didn't seem to be many people in the pool, thermal baths etc.

This was our 4th visit to Lotus Therme but our first since the change-over to the new owners. While the facility is still a wonderful place, we did notice a few things that have slipped in standards for a 5 Star hotel. Firstly, the facial and toilet tissues are very rough compared to what one expects at this level. It also appears that the carpets have not either been cleaned or replaced in quite some time with the sides being very dark and dingy and therefore dirty looking. Also, the smoking are is directly outside of the door leading to the pool form the main bar area meaning one has to walk through clouds of smoke on the way outside or, if sitting inside, the smoke billows in each time the door opens. I had a pedicure in the Spa area and though the quality of the procedure was fine, the piped in Rock music was not! One goes there to relax! On the positive side, the buffet meals were all very good with a good variety, well served.
