I had a very good dinner at the restaurant. The room is clean and spacious. There are several English speaking channels on the TV. They are mostly news but after 2 weeks in Italy I'll take it. The convenience of being able to walk to the airport is why I stayed here

Bathroom door got stuck and had to forcibly open it. Very irritating. Difficult trying to get into front door. Had to ask desk for help and nice guy said to wait for “special” sound. Ok. Very nice front desk staff though that helped arrange van into Rome city center.

Comfortable- but needs refresh. Excellent staff We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel at Heathrow airport for almost the same price. It was a luxury experience- this was not. Although a good selection of food at breakfast, all hot breakfast food was cold, American coffee was luke warm. Cappuccino- coffee part was cold , milk was hot, so another luke warm coffee.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Pillows were not comfortable. Air conditioning was noisy when it turned off and on. Woke us up throughout the night.

Easy accessibility to airport for early flight

We have always had wonderful stays at this hotel. Its proximity to the airport is fantastic and staff is always wonderful and very accommodating. In our recent stay, we had two things that came up… One small and one large. The small item was that breakfast was included, but of course our flight was very early. We would’ve appreciated if there was some type of option available to dress grab a yogurt and a cup of coffee on our way out; Maybe this is some thing that could be considered in the future. The large issue that we had was outside of the hotel control, but they did try to assist us. The room directly above us was horrendously noisy. The couples seem to be having a very large argument. We called the front desk and they were going to send someone to investigate. Things got quieter in about 30 minutes, but it was very difficult to get through hearing that so close to where you were trying to sleep.

Great location for the airport but very overpriced! Hotel could use a refresh. Check in had 2 people at 3pm and the lines were long. Food was mediocre.

Easy walkway and convenient to FCO.

An aging, rather shabby airport hotel. Not one of Hilton’s finer properties. Rather overpriced given that the whole thing seems like it hasn’t been renovated in decades. Still, location location location. If you want to stay near that airport…

Convenience can't be beat. Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice shower. Helpful staff. The only caveat is that the room key has to be kept separate from your phone -- which we did not know. After several (SEVERAL) trips to the front desk to rekey, someone told us this "secret", and could have saved us a lot of frustration.

This place is totally run down and needs a massive renovation. The bar didn't even have bar stools and when asked about them, they said they just disappeared over time.

We had no lotion. No Bodywash. No hand soap in our room. We called several times and we were put on hold. We asked for some directions from one of your staff at the desk and she told us to ask someone else Very rude The ice machine was broke I dont think i would stay at another hilton. Fint hotel

My stay was very nice. I had a flight scheduled for the next day out of FCO in Rome. This hotel is attached to the airport. So convenient.

Hotel is dated, rooms still smell of smoke and no chargers near the bed. Staff were pleasant but the hotel needs a full refurbishment.

The hotel was fine and its proximity to the airport made it the perfect place to stay. Rooms were dated but with the throughput we didn’t expect 5 star treatment. Room was more like a travel lodge/ premier inn. Shabby in places and toilet door did not close, but the bed was fine and room tidy. We eat in the restaurant and the food was good but service and wait was a shambles. Supply and demand means the price was extortionate for what was offered. I probably stay again for a - night before a flight but wouldn’t bother with food. Slightly disappointed

We stayed at this hotel because of the location. We walked to the airport from the hotel in the enclosed walkway. It was a 10 minute walk - but the hotel staff did find us a cart for our luggage. The hotel lobby and room were very warm. This is definitely just a 1 night stay. Would not have stayed here if it wasn’t for an early morning flight the next day.

Beautiful Hotel

This is a hotel that cries for renovations. The bathrooms are old fashion with serious leaks. The air in the room is foul and disguised with air freshener. The carpet in hallway stinks of humidity and who knows what else. Hotels that charge half their price offer better conditions. On top of that, they charge your card automatically with an extra 75 euros -- so be prepared.

Was a decent sized room with nice amenities. We had the executive room but listened to someone moving furniture half the night and multiple people trying to use their cards on our room. Idk what the deal was but maybe we just had weird luck

Really nice breakfast buffet and very attentive staff. Both times we’ve stayed the reception staff were not very polite though. However it’s pretty convenient for the airport and the rooms are nice, spacious, and clean.

Hotel is definitely showing its age, lifts had faults, the rooms haven’t been updated the beds are average . Handy 5-10min walk to airport. Staff are very friendly

We spent an overnight to catch a flight in the morning. It felt like I was coming home. Additionally, the servers in the restaurant were friendly and efficient.

Great location for a night in transit, easy walking to terminal (with airport cart for luggage that was stored at hotel for next day). Good and warm indoor pool (towel provided). Only issue that safe was nit usable and reception did not fix.

Te best option when you need to stay in the airport.

Smelled like cigarettes in our room

We picked this hotel due to the convenience of our flight back home. Although it was advertised "in" the airport, it was quite far from the train station, may be 20 min walk at least. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay overall. The hotel staff were really nice. They surprised us sending a gift for our anniversary!! We enjoyed the swimming pool and the courtesy van to the terminal to catch our flight.

Very convenient for flying out of FCO. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly.

Nice and close to the airport for an early morning flight. Shuttle took us right to the departure terminal
