really to be honest the price is cool but it looked like they gave us aroom somebody had just left out of so that is trifiling

Property have a serious roach infestation. I took pictures and videos of this. They wouldn’t refund me my money. I had nowhere else to go. Wouldn’t stay never again here.

My stay was great! The check was smooth and the employees were nice. The only complaint was that weather. Thanks a bunch.

Air conditioning went out in and room was dirty

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked into the room, I felt uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows were flat and lumpy(used my own pillowcase) It was impossible to get a good night's sleep! But the worst part? Roaches. Yes, you read that right – roaches. I spotted several of them crawling around the walls minimum (4) and even found one on the nightstand. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable I didn't have much faith that a new room would be any better. In addition the thought of moving all my belongings again was exhausting. To top it all off, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. Dirty carpets, dusty surfaces, and a lingering weird smell made the entire stay highly unpleasant plus dirty shower floors! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere on a place that values cleanliness and comfort. This hotel certainly does not! Safe travels

Bottom line, odd dual shower head and eand that popped off. Bedside reading lamp broken, lamp bulb hanging. Coffee pot leaks water and the room fridge sis not cool at all. And a couple who argued and slammed doors nuch of the night.

The pool had bugs inside it, I understand that its an outside hotel, but I've been to other hotel's that have an outside pool and they were non stop keeping it clean outside. The onside was pretty clean, but the bathroom was very small, I did not like that. The bathroom should've been bigger.

I need a refund. I could not stay at property! I ask front desk to refund me . I never toiled my luggage in . The sheets were filthy and dead bugs was all over room. He offered me a suite, it was worse. I left and went to another clean hotel. I want my money back asap!

they have no elevators or ADA facilities for people with disabilities--especially bathrooms no pull bars or room to get wheel chair in by toliet

Elevator didn’t work. Had to haul my heavy luggage up wooden staircase.

Room was 99$ after taxes and fees. We had a 100$ auth taken out and when we got to the hotel, another 50 on top of room price. Room smelled horrible, but we let that go, bc it was a smoking room (last room left). The breakfast was almost non-existent unless you want a small bowl of cereal. Other than that, we felt safe and it was quiet.

No elevator at a Wyndham Hotel. I’m handicapped and elderly and the stairs were hard to traverse. No help from the staff either. I’ve always had elevators when I’ve stayed at a Wyndham Hitel before.

Half of the appliances didn’t work in the room. A lot of traffic around.

The place smelled badly. The people working there were really rude. Had to go to desk for towels. Phone didn't work. Was made to pay a 50 dollar deposit but wasnt told that in the begin. Never will stay there again.

Didn't have my room that was reserved had to pay extra to get another room or lose my money. Another that that clean nd ok.

The tv wouldn't work the shower wouldn't come on the floor had carpet pull out.

The bed is very uncomfortable. It's basically a 2-in mattress for a metal frame you could literally feel the metal through the mattress and it was so stiff. Paid for my room had to wait 15 minutes because it wasn't clean they were in the process of cleaning it. Very hot because the AC never got turned on until after I got checked in. Oh and if you're in a wheelchair better book the ground floor because there's no elevator.

Staff was friendly and very attentive. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. Our stay was was relaxing.

It was very clean

Arrived at 6am. Made me check out 4 hours later charged me full price. Rooms where very hot bathtub leaked no hot water. Might as well sleep in your truck. Don't waste a dime here.
