No hand soap by sink. Conditioner and body wash in shower but no shampoo. AC missing vents, door warped and no seal. Bathroom light and fan kept turning on and off during use.
Lady who checked me in was very friendly and explained the two TV remote system too. Office was locked when I checked out, so I assumed no coffee or breakfast.
Pool was small but clean.

super clean very good staff i have stayed in big name $175.00 night motels that were not a bit better than this one. clean comfortable and desk man was super nice if you are staying in this area this is the only place to consider. shower and sinks modern nice beds its a 10 plus

The desk staff was very professional and courteous. They were able to find me a room even though OYO had canceled my reservation due to overbooking on their part and for that I was extremely grateful. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past and had never been canceled until OYO became part of it. A previous group had been given the same news about their reservations before me and were very ugly about it. The desk staff behaved very professionally and never raised her voice despite profanity and verbal abuse from the aggrieved before they stormed out. So basically I would give the hotel staff 5 stars and OYO -1.

Positive: The property was well updated and clean. The staff were very friendly, funny, and tried to be helpful. The parking lot was well lit. Other than the below negative, I would recommend staying here.
Negative: Had to pay $15,00 more than I was quoted when made the reservation. Inquired about the extra charge and received indirect answers. Asked for an itemized receipt and was informed that it was unavailable. I see this as a very poor business practice.

The room was clean and fresh. The mattress was comfortable. All rooms are accessible from the exterior. The breakfast area is small and limited but fine for the price. Overall very nice for a one night stay if you plan a quick in and out.

The property Manager was very kind and accomodated me and my family. Price was very reasonable. The only thing that concerned me was the noise from others running up the stairs and other rooms being very noisey. Other than that it was a great stay!

This hotel was the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You can’t walk barefoot on the floors because they are so dirty. I addressed this with the manager on duty and all I was told was that he would check into. This was supposed to be a handicap room and if it was the were no grab bars in the showers and no handicap access from the parking spot.

Towels were dirty. Furniture rusty bugs in drain once you turn on water they fly out. Water was Luke warm. Towels torn and dirty. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND

Did not stay at hotel. Went in for check in and lobby attendant was on phone losing patience and talking loud. Hung up phone and said person on phone didn’t get what she was saying because she wasn’t from this country. At that point I canceled my reservation. I did not want to stay where they speak to customers like that in front of other customers. I also told her my husband was not from this country and I left.

Clean and affordable room just far enough outside of town that is was nice and quiet. I’m not comfortable on a firm mattress and the bed here was quite firm so I didn’t sleep well and woke up with an aches and pains. A good quality topper could alleviate the problem of the mattress. Otherwise the room and property was just fine.

The Western is an extremely clean and tidy property to stay at - it is an older property that is being renovated. The rooms are a good size, bathrooms are nicely done and everything is very, very clean. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. They are accommodating and inviting and provide a wonderful atmosphere at the hotel. I was having a bit of trouble with my door and they immediately come and helped me out and fixed the issue - it was great!

Our stay was met by the most accommodating staff ever to have been in my presence! The manager made us feel catered to like royalty and quickly saw to our every need! A “MUST” stay again in my book! FANTASTIC 7 day stay!

Operations: sink stopped up, limited hot water, no shampoo, smoke alarm disabled, vanity faucet didn’t work properly, ironing board wasn’t assembled properly. The owner did go to Walmart to buy an iron.

We ask for another room and the only they had was a smoking room. The only other rooms available was in second floor. We both have bad knees and backs. This was not our fault it was the property owner .he still charged us for that day. Again, was was not our fault. We live on a fixed income and save up our vacation all year and the owner Pankaj Panchal took advantage of us. Everyone beware of this property

My stay was less than satisfactory. I was put in a room that reeked of cigarettes when I reserved a non-smoking room. The AC unit was covered in dirt and missing it’s front panel. The furniture was scratched and damaged. They moved me to a cleaner room when I called the front desk. But the key card reader didn’t work and I had to be let in by a staff member. This room looked much better except for some unpainted spots over the sink. I’m used to sleeping shirtless but I had to wear a shirt here because the sheets were so scratchy. The place was quiet at least.
