Location is fantastic. No air conditioning and the room is quite hot when the temperature rises even with the windows wide opened.

This place is amazing! The front desk staffs are so nice and helpful. Breakfast is great with champagne. Best thing is location, u can see chanel and Dior from the hotel. Room size is big I had a great time

All the team members homework at the reception (front desk) they are really helpful, polite kind and they are doing really good services. to ask them for help. They always help by recommending me to go to good restaurants good places to visit in Paris as I promised them, I will mention their names because they deserve to be awarded their names are. The hotel is in the heart of the shopping district of Paris . Very close to all the tourist attractions and the metro. The hotel is very clean and staff are very attentive to their guest needs. We will be back when in Paris again.

Amazing location and hotel

I was attending a professional development day in Paris. The venue was located on Place Vendôme, so I initially looked for some nearby hotels and came across Melia Paris Vendôme. The hotel has a multilingual staff, with many guests and staff speaking both French (of course) and Spanish. The room I had was comfortable, with no street view, so it was quiet. The in room facilities were good - reasonable coffee offering and good wi-fi. There was a very large bathroom - with both a bath and separate shower unit and two sinks. The negative to this was that the wc was a separate area at the other end of the room which was very small and had no sink in it. Hotel had a good breakfast offering, although they seemed to be unable to have onions available for an omelette. There is bar food available from 1100 to 2400. It was a pleasant experience and the hotel was located very close to many of the usual tourist attractions of Paris.

Great and great location

This property is nothing like what is displayed on the website. The bathrooms are extremely small and hard to maneuver around. The beds are also super tiny. The heat wasn’t working so at night it was very cold . The hotel was extremely different from what was advertised. Besides the nice location and friendly staff, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I loved the staff, super friendly helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, walking distance to major attractions like musuems, shopping, metro etc... it was a safe location as well.

Location excellent Room itself not well equipped with modern features and quite dark. Airconditioning quite weak.

The hotel is very close to The Louvre and Champs-Elyse, a lot a restaurants and shops around. Very clean and friendly staff.

Room not ready on check-in - literally turned away from reception despite the fact that it was after 3pm and 38 degrees outside. 2 out of our 3 nights there were no towels available so we had to go out for the evening without showers - in a heatwave! We mentioned this to staff who were pleasant but did not address the problem. Waiting staff at breakfast quite abrupt and unhelpful We usually love Melia hotels but this was the worst one we have stayed in

Room is kinda dated and carpets are old but the location is unbeatable at this price

The room on 5th floor was old and dated, worn carpet, weird toilet which is separate from the main shower and vanity. The pandemic should have been perfect timing to refresh the hotel. With average $350/day, a 4 star hotel room must be presentable. Reception was not as inviting, acts like it was a chore answering questions from guests. They always don’t have any change for big bills for room service. Location is superb, along Rue Cambon & walkable to Lourve.

Enjoyed the area and the places to eat. Sorry for others that wanted to have a bar service which was not available with no employees. Front desk service was great and professional and kind.

Great location comfy bed rooms could be updated

Melia Vendome has an excellent location in Paris, close to the Lourve, restaurants, gardens and most especially luxury shopping. Chanel and Dior and literally steps away. Rooms were great we booked a junior suite for 3 of us and it had 2 bathrooms which was a nice surprise and quite useful. Rooms are cleaned well daily. My cons are they are stingy with providing water bottles to make coffee in room. Only one comp bottle for the whole stay of 6 nights. I find that a bit ridiculous. Also, no restaurant or bar in hotel. Cafe next door Floetts is good and always busy.

Generosity with early check-in

The stand in our closet fell apart and collapsed under the weight of their safe (strong box) and our two pieces of luggage. The guy who fixed it smelt so awful we had to air out the room for the rest of the day. Worst of all they had the nerve to tell us we should not have put more than 10kg of luggage on the luggage rack! It was junk, made of cheap particle board. Substandard.

Great Staff! Everyone was super welcoming. I requested an early check in and they tried their best to accommodate my needs. Also, location ia impeccable.

First of all I’m the person I don’t have time to do this (reviews) but in this case I NEED TO,is my first time to Paris with my wife UNBELIEVABLE,INCREDIBLE no words for this wonderful city,but there is a main thing make your trip WONDERFUL,Me and my wife we are very special (picky) when we travel focus more on hotels,I definitely recommended to stay@MELIA PARIS VENDOME1st. if you like shopping you are in the middle of the best shops in the city.2nd.
