Stay was ok. I don’t feel it was worth the price. The bar didn’t even have cola for a mixed drink. The breakfast was adequate for being a free breakfast. It’s ridiculous to have to pay extra for parking when you’re paying so much for the room, especially with the tweakers hanging out in the parking lot.

Fixing the garage elevator would have greatly improved the property's overall rating.

Staff were great, room was nice. Downtown Seattle and the I5 outside can be noisy, but that’s not the hotels fault. Nice stay for the price.

Only complaint is the cost for parking. $40 per day is a little steep after spending 7 days at about $800 for the week. Adding $290 to that was a lot. IMO

Our stay was great! Stephanie at the front desk was amazing! We really did appreciate her. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a great spot for our stay in Seattle.

Amazing staff

Staff was amazing during the outage that was going on. Everyone was wonderful during our stay.

Rooms are good, breakfast staff are very friendly.

Some members of the desk staff were not knowledgeable about the area when I asked where some things were. The person who checked me in had some difficulty. He also checked me out. When I asked about our transportation, which was booked through the hotel, he said I didn’t have any. He confirmed I did when I asked about it at check in. Then he located it and said it was booked for the 7th. I had to tell him that today was the 7th On 2 occasions I had dinner at the restaurant. The first night it was busy The second time I had a different server. I didn’t even know he worked there—he was sitting at a table texting and had a glass of water. After being served, he never came back to refill my water glass or bring the bill. When I went to the bar to pay my bill, it was a dollar and change more than I expected. When I looked at the receipt it was not for my order—it was for a drink for another person. I did get a refund for the amount overpaid. Felt like he didn’t care and didn’t want to be there Restaurant does not offer deserts. Very limited menu

Parking Garage elevator to reception desk wasnt working so it was a bit of a hassle carrying the luggage 2 floors

The people here have all been so friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the bartenders. A hidden gem is their Bistro menu. Not huge but everything we ordered was ample and good. It’s nice when you are too tired to go out.

Easy to get to.

The staff was fine and prompt when we asked for more bedding, etc., rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. Area was a bit inconvenient - more in a “business district” and a longer walk to get to downtown dining and attractions. Also, it didn’t feel particularly safe and inviting in the surrounding area.

We liked the renovations that were done, was done very well.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Pillows are terrible hard to sleep on them.

Car park elevator was broken

Loved everything.. was here back in September and here again .. not one thing to complain about! Best service and staff!!

Nice hotel!

Hotel was really nice. The tapping noise (when the air comes on) from the air conditioner was annoying and also the freeway traffic can be heard in the room.

Great experience the elevator going down to the underground garage was not working but it was ok
