A wonderful stay in a spacious room with comfortable beds. Hotel is in an ideal location for walking to major attractions as well as stops for tour buses.

This was a good location and clean and beautiful hotel. It seems newly renovated.
We left some clothes in one of our rooms and have had difficulty getting them sent to us in the US. The staff at this facility said we were responsible for finding a device to package and pick up our items. Federal express said they could send a label but they cannot package the items. I called the general Holiday Inn customer service and they are helping with this situation. Hopefully we get our clothes. It was very surprising that the hotel would not take care of this for their guests.

The staff was AMAZING! We left some luggage with them for a couple of days as we explored other areas f Poland and Czech Republic. When we got back it was in our room.
Best breakfast options ever. We were late getting back and tired. We ate in the restaurant there. Absolutely delicious. I would stay here and only here. Walked across the street and old town krakow with it beautiful park was right there.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Easy walk to main square, shopping, cloth hall & restaurants. Easy pick up point for tours. Breakfast is bountiful & can carry you through the day. Staff is hospitable & friendly. Rooms are cleaned

This hotel is in a great position away from the main square but only a 6-8 minute walk. Our room was a premier room which was large, clean but the carpet in ours could have done with a refresh. Everything you need including toiletries, kettle and hairdryer. Quiet for a city hotel which was great after a long day. Great place to stay, would definitely recommend and the staff are friendly and helpful so all in all a great choice. Thank you

Everything was really wonderful except being a Premium room the carpets were very dirty you see i went to this same hotel 3 years ago and remebered very well that these were the same carpets that they had 3 yers ago other than this everything else was really good you need to tell them to replace the carpets as it was dirty and had a lot of stains in it.

Comfortable and clean, updated rooms. Unfortunately, everytime we stay there (and we have stayed many times over the past four years because it is conveniently located to old town) the air condition in the rooms does not work. Not once have we been able to cool the room and have a comfortable temperature. We tried opening the windows but then you have to compete with the ambient street noise which keeps us awake at night. After this last stay we have decided to find another hotel with air conditioning that works.
