We had a wonderful stay. Been here multiple times & never disappoints. Sets a standard for hospitality. The staff all over the property is friendly, courteous & excellent. It is a pleasure getting away to this hotel.

It was an amazing property, with beautiful and well maintained grounds, extremely clean and the service was the best we've experience in any 5 star hotel we've stayed in. It was extremely personalised, and every detail was paid attention to, they were highly attentive and always open to going above and beyond. The food was great and gave us no reason to eat anywhere else, the peacocks were plentiful and not afraid of humans. Definitely planning our next trip back here in the future, highly recommended!

Property look /view is excellent! Rooms are not modern and very old style. Room electricals are sometimes hard to navigate around. Bathroom doors stays open all the time. Food was average but very pricey! Money is not worth spending here!

This was our first time in Udaipur and stay at the Udaipur Udaivilas. The resort was awesome with a great ambience with very friendly staff right from the gentleman with a photographic memory that received us in the carport to the registration staff and others. Very much enjoyed our India vacation post-covid!

One of our best stays in the years of travelling and stays in five star deluxe hotels. I had heard rave reviews of Udaivilas as one of the best hotels in the world and it did not fall sort of our expectations :) From start to finish, the whole experience was great. We received a courteous reception at the jetty that ferry us to the hotel across Pichola. Shame I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was kind to provide information of the City Palace, Lake Pichola itself and the adjoining hotels and offered to take pics of us. The staff from initial introduction to our stay, concierge being prompt in booking city experiences, arranging guide and taking care of our dietary restrictions with respect to food was all exemplary. To name a few of the hotel staff would be belittling the entire team and staff, but everyone was thoroughly professional and ensured our stay was wonderful. True service of a great hotel is when the staff get to know your needs and go the extra mile to get everything in place - alternate milk option was supplemented with sourcing lactose free milk the next day. The spa options and availability was good. My daughter who had been extra pampered in our previous hotel stay was quickly won over by the kids activities available - Pottery , Treasure hunt and on top the soft toy that was gifted to her by the housekeeping staff. All in all a stay at Udaivilas when one is in Udaipur is highly recommended.

My only suggestion is to try to get rid of all the plastic bottles for water, try to replace them with refilling glass bottles. Especially considering the surrounding areas, you can make a difference. Other than that absolutely fantastic stay and there’s nothing not to love about this hotel! Thank you.

Udaivilas has always been a stunning property with a fantastic location on lake Pichhola with great hospitality! However the hotel is ageing and rooms are in need of an upgrade. While the food is good there is scope of improvement. Overall a pleasant stay !

Just amazing, manager Drishti made our stay memorable on last day with an upgrade !Very clean and well maintained, peacocks, parrots all around, serene lake view. All covid precautions as well.

Absolutely fantastic

Travel during Covid but the Oberoi is at a totally different standard compared to other hotels. They kept offering us small comps and the service turnaround was just amazing. The property itself if gorgeous well maintained down to the fine details. Wifi also worked very well.
