Furniture in the room was stained with red blotches, a toenail and a few dead bugs on the carpet when I checked in. Having to pay separately for WiFi when I'm already paying 5000 pesos per night for the room and it's free at every other hotel is pretty unacceptable in 2024, you could atleast include it in the price of the room. No YouTube or Netflix on the TV is also pretty mediocre.

This hotel was very clean and the service was excellent, all staff were ver social and helpful. Everything is walking distance or you can get an Uber in less than 5 min. The breakfast was great too. Overall I will definitely stay here again.

It’s a very large hotel with a busy entrance lobby. Check in was swift and easy. Our rooms were very large with good views. The bathrooms look dated and the amenities are not as good as other hotels, soap not shower gel, no slippers nor dressing gowns etc. The swimming pools are smaller than the photos and felt tired with a liner edge as opposed to mosaic tiled edges.
The best thing about the hotel is it is next to the main Central Park and close to the historic centre and markets.

Very well maintained property. Located right on an important road , not that much car traffic, lots of people walking. Sits across one of the most beautiful parks in the city and 5-6 blocks from historic center and tourist spots and shopping. Nice jacuzzi, sauna and indoor/outdoor swimming pool.
