Wonderful property so close to the water. Easy to walk anywhere in Geneva. Very quiet. Loved our stay!

This is a fantastic location. You can see the lake when you walk out of the hotel. It’s on the same road as the manor shopping centre. It’s 5 mins walk from the Swiss tours tourist office, less than 10 mins walk from the station and 7 min - 10 min walk from la Pâquis, which is great for food options and has a famous and popular cheese place. There is a Starbucks next door and a subway around the corner. The hotel itself is pleasant. I would say it’s a three star as there was no bar or room service. There is a restaurant, but it’s only for breakfast. To be fair there are so many places to eat and drink nearby, it’s probably a good thing they don’t have a bar and serve food. The staff are nice and helpful and the hotel has a good feel about it and makes you feel safe. The ambassador is literally opposite it, almost next door. I think both hotels are affiliated. I probably would chose this hotel again as it was in a great location

Nice stay for 3 nights in this hotel. Comfortable bed and room kept clean. Hotel is located perfectly in the city within walking distance to most places. Only downside was the housekeeping knocking and opening the door multiple times a day even with the DnD sign on the door.

Hotel itself is nice, in good condition. However, the beds were very heavy uncomfortable, there’s a pillow menu but it wasn’t clear how to change them. The biggest issue however was there’s no bar or restaurant as advertised on the Hotels.com page. It would have been nice to have had the option of a drink at the end of the evening. All in all, a lovely stay in Geneva

Very little evidence of green policies. No notices about reusing towels and sheets. No opportunity for recycling products within the hotel. Hotel was comfortable and in a great position.

A little gem right in the centre of town. Renovated 10 years ago the hotel remains fresh and clean. The staff were fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean, the water pressure high but the highlight was the collection of art and sculptures of the proprietor, uniquely eclectic and eccentric in the spirit of the Negresco Nice, perhaps. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel in central Geneva. Right by the lake and a short walk from the train station. Staff all lovely. Questionable art choices, but entertaining on the eyes.

A perfectly located hotel with very comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities. Don’t let the quirky art fool you, this is a well run hotel.

I really loved this hotel. It’s nicely situated close to the train station and the centre, next to the river with plenty of dining options and good transport links. It’s nicely decorated with lots of paintings and sculptures, including in rooms. I’m definitely coming back.

good hotel, good location. there was no water in the toilet when we arrived, but it was fixed later.

Hotel location was excellent. Near everything. But the reception not helpful and they been unfriendly. Some of gym equipments not working. The water not available in gym for 2 days. The bathroom had bad smile. Also people smoked in our floor although was non smoking floor.

Nice hotel in a good location not far from train station. We took train from airport to city and walked 10mins to the hotel. We didn’t take breakfast and went next door to Starbucks. Staff were friendly and room though small was comfortable. Bathroom a little shabby and in need of an upgrade. Wouldn’t give it 4* but a good 3*

Clean , friendly staff , they clean the rooms Daily and properly … their breakfast BUFFET is a bit pricey with the selection of Food they have but still better than going out early to look for a restaurant …. Overall , this is an excellent place to stay in Central Geneva … price is reasonable to a very expensive City

I love the location and the staff.

The property was shut down when i arrived for check in. The hotel was closed.I called a number on the Expedia confirmation and there was a lady that only spokeFrench. Apparently the owner of New Midi also owns Ambassdaor Hotel across the street.Someone from that hotel saw me at the door and came over saying we were notified. obviously did not tell us about checking into another hotel across the street
