Only negative thing is the pressure on car parking which is a huge problem in St.Malo.

We stayed on the fifth (top) floor with a nice view of the ocean across the street. It’s within walking distance to the downtown and many restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and sufficient, the room was clean. The bathroom was small but not the smallest in Europe. Our daughter had the loft which had two singles and room for luggage and clothes. Although the stairs are closer to being a ladder. The parking in the underground was really really tight and required a lot of maneuvering and neighborly consideration and caution to avoid denting vehicles.

Very nice hotel. Good location, clean room, good breakfast. Were in back part of hotel so no view of water for us, but lounge and breakfast area had good views. If you must have the views, paythe extra and I'm they would be great.

Long wait at unattended desk for check-in. Very difficult car park with very narrow spaces. Otherwise good, comfortable, clean room and varied breakfast buffet.

Rooms are tiny. We were 3 adults in a premium room which I guess is supposed to be the size for 3. But it became very fast very crowded.

Loved how close it was to the beach, the main part of town and some great restaurants. It was quiet, cozy and had bike rentals. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The best part of our France stay for sure.

Everything is good and above average except there was no electric kettle to brew coffee or green tea or for hot water bottle. This is the very first time that we have faced this situation.

We loved our stay at this hotel! They upgraded us to the sea-view and it was so worth it. The staff brought new water bottles and towels every day, and the breakfast included in the price for the hotel was lovely. A close walk to the old town and right on the beach! We would absolutely stay again.

We had to add a second night when Condor cancelled our ferry to Jersey at the last moment and the hotel staff were super helpful. Great location and easy on-street free parking.

Absolutely brilliant facilities in bedroom and bathroom for anyone with mobility issues like me. The best ever ! Also easy accessible parking and very obliging staff at reception and in the bar . Will be back !

Very lucky in that I was zombie like after an overnight bus trip and was able to access the room very early.
Now, we all accept that the allowed time is 3pm, but at this hotel they take a personal approach. The room was ready and they saw no reason why I should wait.
This is a big thing as it was their approach throughout my stay.

Nice hotel directly on the beach, walkable to St Malo walled town (about 15-20 min walk). Family room has a loft with 2 twin beds but the stairs are narrow and steep so a bit scary to have the kids walk down at night should they need to use the bathroom which is downstairs. Also absolutely impossible to cool down the loft space - no A/C vents up there, so no matter how cold you make it, the cold air doesn’t reach the loft. The only way to cool the upstairs area is to open the skylight assuming the air outside is not too hot and that you can sleep when the sun shines through it in the morning. We asked the reception for a fan but were told they didn’t have any suitable ones.

This is quite basic hotel with ideal location by the sea and within walking distance to St Malo old town. Rooms are fairly new but very small. Worth of booking the room with sea view. Breakfast is very basic with nice option to have it outdoors. Garage space is limited and the parking spots are very tiny size wise.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. It was a lovely hotel, the breakfast was delicious and we had a wonderfull view of the beach. The room was a bit small but the bed was huge and very comfortable.
I was walking distance from Saint Malo Intra muros.

Excellent hotel. Value for money. Staff friendly and polite. Bar staff clearly had never made cocktails before. Took over half an hour and needed prompting. Not a problem if we were not going out after but frustrating to have to drink the whole lot in a hurry. Would definitely recommend

They tried to charge me twice even though the room was prepaid. Check in was lengthy and they asked for my card and ask for 200 euros pre authorisation even though the room was paid. During check out they tried to charge us for breakfast even though we did not have it.
Rooms were too small as well as bathroom. Too expensive hotel for the quality of the room and staff. Note staff only speak French.

This is a very good three star hotel. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from intra- Muros, the proper walled city of St Malo, but it is a beautiful walk overlooking the ocean. The hotel has bicycles to rent at a very reasonable rate, which makes for an unforgettable experience. There are several restaurants close by, though we did not try them as we always ate (very well!) inside the walled city. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Highly recommend this property.

The location was great- just across the boardwalk- perfect if you want to watch the sunset. Breakfast was good- great variety. The shower was the highlight of the room!:) so big, and practical. Having the free luggage storage was a huge plus. The staff was very helpful ! I highly recommend!
