Comfortable and friendly. Could be a bit cleaner.

We were looking for an inexpensive room for the night and it fit the bill. It was an older hotel with some wear and tear but staff was good and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay there again

Everything was going pretty good until the assistant manager was being rude. i was there for 2 days and I wanted extend my vacation for 3 more days. I told the guy will be out going to the airport to extend my contract with the rental car company and I might be back before 11 am, so It took me more time than I expected and as soon as I stepped in the hotel, Greg the assistant manager started raising his voice about the money in front of my girlfriend. I told money wasn’t an issue for me just let me go inside to get a card to make the payment. He said no, you went out and you supposed to have your wallet with you. I had like $500 and change cash on me I ended up paying him with cash for a night. A few hours later i went on Expedia to book the 2 extra nights. I started tapping him and other staff members since day one at the hotel. This guy seems nice but he’s very rude, unprofessional. I’d take my business elsewhere next time.

Nice hassle free stay during my road trip. Friendly staff and clean room. And that’s all I need.

Great service, friendly, kind and ready to help staffs. Good confortable room. Liked very much the bathroom design and shower. Perfectly clean, spacy, large desk and comfortable bed. Good to have the restaurant just next to the hotel.

Are stay was great and at ease. First time in Nashville and everyone is friendly!

Before arriving and throughout our stay, the staff were helpful and super friendly but the hotel itself needs major renovations. The carpet is definitely due for replacement (very dirty) and not sure why the corridor floor felt like there were potholes. It was a little scary walking down the hall. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down as well. There were eggs, biscuits, sausage and a make your own waffle station but besides the waffles i probably could have heated up my breakfast in the microwave. It was edible but not very enjoyable. The room wasn't cleaned very well. Crumbs around the trash can and a dried up contact lens on the bathroom floor. The last thing that was disappointing is the lack of handicap accessible rooms. I booked this room way in advance and when I spoke to the staff the day before arrival and they had no idea that I had requested an accessible room. We ended up staying and made it work but had to bring a shower chair and work around the shower door. Not sure how booking sites work but maybe the hotel should get a red flag or something for special requests. I'm sure the age of the hotel doesn't help either. Thank you for the opportunity to share. I would probably stay elsewhere if i came to the area again.

We had a good visit. Clean friendly nice pool and nice breakfast layout.

We were on 1st floor w/ pets and there were some barking dogs, but not too bad. Glad there is a hotel that allows them!

It is a hotel, it has a bed.

Breakfast was okay. They had eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and grits--which were the only thing not fully cooked as they were in a slow cooker. We only ate there one of the 3 days because cracker barrel was next door an was cheap enough to have a better breakfast. The AC broke while staying there because the thermostat batteries died. No one knew how to replace them. We had to bring all of our stuff downstairs just to go back upstairs to a new room. That AC worked much better in the new room. It seemed like between the two rooms, the property is under renovations/upgrades as the second room did not have a thermostat for the AC unit and still functioned by using the buttons on the ac unit on the wall. The bed in the second room was much harder whereas the first bed was very soft and plushy. The second room had a walk in shower whereas the first one had an old bathtub that creaked and sounded like you might fall through the floor. The front desk was generally nice and helpful overall. It felt very safe overall inside and out of the property and in the surrounding area. Lots of other restaurants and stores nearby which was very convenient. Gas is also much cheaper here so be sure to fill up before heading into nashville or getting back on the road to head home.

Hotel was fine for the price. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was not very clean and had a foul odor so we had to keep the door shut. Breakfast was underwhelming, and there was no staff tending to anything in the breakfast area. Unlikely to return, but it is fine for a low budget hotel stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Worked for what we need. Would stay again.

Easy off and on interstate

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, clean room, well stocked, friendly staff, reasonable rates and close to stores and restaurants.

Room was clean and front desk and house keeping extremely friendly and helpful.
