Clean and conviently located but a little hard to figure out how to get to - its behind other buildings. Most of the parking lot is well lit. Hey, it's a Motel 6 - good for what it is.

Freeway noise can be annoying. A basic room for an overnight. A few tweaks needed so you don’t have to wake the whole hallway to shut your door for example

There were a lot of loud, barking dogs as well as some questionable behavior & guests. The TV didn’t work, and the front desk worker couldn’t help us because the hotel was booked up, and the manager wasn’t available. He gave me 10/10 service though. Was SO kind and tried the best to help me! I travel to GF often, other than the loud dogs & the loud guests i definitely will be back

The TV was broken upon check in. Front desk arranged to have it replaced by manager. After replacement it did not work.
When Manager was contacted to have it fixed she said" If they dont like it they can leave!" My wife was able to hook it up propery and get it working.
Managet was unprofessional when dealing with us. WILL NOT BE BACK.

There are many maintenance items needed. Faucets that run continuously, warped doors, scratched floors and walls, thin towels, poor pillows.

First was how dirty the floors were, which I cleaned with extra towels. 2nd was the tub. It had a dirty soap ring. We showered quickly.
3rd When I turned down the bed I found crumbs. Under the pillows was animal hair.
The evening clerk took pictures and gave us clean linens including the bed cover.

I had called ahead because we were traveling late. Had my sister added to the room. I was more than an hour behind her. They were really accommodating. However they did not collect payment from my sister. And were not able to the following day. They gave the room for free. Which was amazing and we are thankful. But I feel bad about it.

It is a basic hotel. Quite.
We stayed 2 different nights. 2nd night we were a late checkin, which i had called earlier to inform staff. When we got there around 11:30 pm, they had no rooms other than a room that had no A/C or tv. I was disappointed, in the fact that i let them know we would be late, due to delay in flights. My room was booked about 3 wks prior, and yet you let a walkin have my room.

I have stayed here many times and it is my go to place in Great Fall. The accommodation is easy to find, the motel is clean and the staff are curious.

Do your self a favor and stay away. Non smoking room was full of smoke. Talked to front desk and they said nothing I can do for you. Asked for changing room to downstairs where there was no smoke smell they said can’t fully booked. Asked for refund so I can take my family to sleep somewhere else they said can’t and not authorized to do it. My 1 year old stayed up all night not able to sleep due to the terrible smell.
