Wish there were tissues near the bed (not just in the bathroom).

The room smelled very musty. The bed clothes were damp

This hotel needs a deep cleaning and/or remodeled. It shows serious signs of aging. I understand that it is an “economy” hotel but it should still meet certain standards.

The hotel was good for a one night stay but requres some updating and deep cleaning.

Have stayed here several times. Always quiet. Staff friendly. Facilities clean. Mattresses comfortably firm.

Handicap room on 2nd floor. Opposite end of the hall from the elevator. Would have been a real issue during a fire or evacuation.

Service was great. Room smelled like mildew and surfaces had not been wiped down. I don't notice much but there were leftover spills from something on the table/counter. When I entered the room, no ventilation was on (a/c) which was strange. When I returned in the morning after going to eat, the room smelled overwhelmingly of mildew. I should have asked to switch rooms right away when the a/c was off and it really seemed musty. That's on me. I'm sure they would have accommodated my request

Hotel stay was pleasant. Hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly and helpful… I felt safe while walking my dog outside. The room was nice and comfortable but it was a bit on the small size. Front desk attendant was nice and helpful. Clean staff were friendly and helpful. Fitness room was clean and exercise bike worked very good and I was able to adjust temperature down while exercising. Location was perfect for us and easy to get to hotel. The breakfast was nicely stocked but gravy was cold every day and fruit was not fresh. Only apples, oranges and bananas would have been nice to have. I came down every morning between 6:15 a 6:30 am.. all in all nice stay . Would stay again …

Stayed during Deerassic Classic Outdoor Show. Reasonable rates. Nice staff

Not so good. Have stayed in this exact hotel previously and was very satisfied. This time not so much. Room was dirty, breakfast was scarce and cold when it should have hot( gravy for the biscuits).

Dated hotel. Was clean but needs to be updated. Breakfast was not good. Ended up eating elsewhere.

I paid for this room 3 days in advance. Went to check in at 1:45 pm. Front desk said the room wasn’t ready however we can check you in and give you your room keys. Took my wife out for her birthday and came back to an another man sleeping in our room. Turned out they gave our room to someone else. We couldn’t get any other room in the area so we had to sleep in my truck. Not happy at all about this experience. This was the microtel hotel in Cambridge Ohio.

My room had empty shampoo bottles from at least one, and maybe two previous guests in the shower (2 bottles??). Staff was friendly at check-in. PLEASE get real orange juice for breakfast and not yellow bitter water!

The biscuits and gravy served for breakfast was cold. Everything else in the stay was comfortable.

Everything was great, room was really nice but it took about 5 or 10 minutes for the water to get hot, took a cool to Luke warm shower.

Was a bit disappointing in this hotel. Not the best not the worst. There’s nicer ones in this area. Worth spending a few extra bucks for a different one. Management seems cheap. Little things make a big difference. No lids for the coffee cups, we had no TV remote when we checked in, breakfast buffet ran out of almost everything at 8:00 am and wasn’t replenished.

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed here for multiple days. The rooms & hotel are clean & comfortable. However, it will probably be our last stay here. When we arrived, I was told the payment from Expedia was declined and the clerk asked if i wanted to pay with my credit card. He requested I call someone to straighten it out. I was trying to figure out who to call after 15 some hours on the road, clearly frustrated, when he offered to let us stay while he figured it out. I checked 2 days later and a different clerk told me it was declined because it was charged twice. She said that it is there problem to figure out, not mine. Later in our stay, I saw another couple, older with accents, arguing with the first clerk over their reservation. Is he running a scam or is he not properly trained? We never had our room cleaned during the stay. On our last night there, they came in during the morning, removed some bedding, all the towels, and left the door unsecured & open. Thankfully nothing was missing. I asked the same clerk about it when I went to get towels. He was "sorry", they must have been called away, and they were too busy to clean because the hotel was full the last 2 days. Seriously! Very disappointed.

Sheets not fresh, in fact looked soiled. Breakfast almost bare. Other small details- no glasses for water in the room, no paper lids for the coffee cups

Not sure how the rating for this hotel got so high but there were stains everywhere on the carpet throughout the hotel and our room was cleaned only once during a 7 night stay upon request. The stairwell had a dirty sock and dead bugs in it the entire stay and even after requesting new towels and TP first thing in the morning 4 days into the stay, we needed to go to the front desk to get them after a full day away from the room.

The room was nice but there was only one curtain so it was either dark or no privacy. The room fridge didn’t have a freezer and there’s only one ice machine on the first floor. The worst part was the breakfast. No regular coffee!!! Plus there were so few options, especially for a protein - either cereal or grits.

Our window faced the lighting outdoors and even with the darkening blinds, the light came through the bottom, made it really difficult to sleep. The breakfast was poorly stock, the juice machine was broken and no drinking water option was provided except purchase.
