Good basic hotel. Bed was stiff and the sheets were scratchy but okay for the price overall.

Holiday inn was perfect for the short stay while we attended a family wedding. The beds were comfortable, linen good, and breakfast excellent. Close to the freeway and restaurants this was a great location.

Unfortunately there was a very intoxicated lady in the lobby when I was trying to check in. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t know how to handle it and this woman kept repeatedly touching my arm and rubbing her fingers through my hair. It made me incredibly uncomfortable, which I’m sure the front desk could tell. But still no intervention, the security outside didn’t do anything. We also had trash in our trash cans in the room and you could tell certain things hadn’t been turned down, which made us question the cleaning.

Front desk was the only thing good. Hotel is super old and dirty. The carpet inside the rooms are so dirty and gross. Room smells terrible.

First room offered smelled horribly of smoke. Front desk attendant didn’t hesitate to give us a different room though.
Decent free breakfast, powdered eggs aren’t my favorite.
I’ll try a different hotel in the area next time.

Thank you for letting us checkin a little earlier as we had to attend a funeral service after driving from Seattle. The staff were very understanding. We will be back for the 40 day prayer in September.

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb.

Overall great, clean rooms, close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Improvement n deed with breakfast. Eggs were cold, pastries that were to be warm were cold. Housekeeping failed to refill facial tissue. Do wish pool to open sooner than 10 am during summer to at least mid October. I would recommend this hotel. These are minor issues that can be dealt with.

They will charge extra fees, 30 dollars for amenities you do not use or where told about when booking. No food after 9 the bar closes at 10 and the neighborhood is not safe.

I didn’t know this place welcomed pets had I known that i would not stayed there, there was a woman who came in with a big dog on a leash but didn’t keep it close to her and this dog went to my wife and scratched her legs and feet it was stressing and wish dog owners were more careful with their pets

Stay here many times it’s clean but a little out dated has comfortable beds and good pressure in the shower

We just got here but it was so easy. We checked in late and it only took a few minutes. Loved that they were pet friendly and the outside access for our dogs was very close to the room. Close to Sacramento but right outside, it felt safer and less busy. Would recommend.

Hotel itself is good and clean. Breakfast is good too. However, there was a fight when we stayed there. Staff was responsive and police was called. Location was good near shops and convenient
