Only one elevator was operational the entire weekend. Staff was nice. Ice machine wasn't working on the 4th floor. Mind you it was Labor Day weekend. Out side of that my stay was cool.

Property was very dated. Limited parking and staff were not friendly. Knowing we were checking in using the pull out sofa there was no linens and I had to wait 30 minutes for them

The gal at the front desk was a delight. Started our stay off perfectly. She was very helpful

Absolutely no complaints. I will Be back!

The beach - beautiful! The rooms, staff, hotel breakfast outdoor bar very dissatisfied sub-par. Will not returned nor recommend this particular hilton.

what it's disappointing me that's they didn't have an EV charger ,only for Tesla so I have to go to pensacola to find one for my cadillac lyric

batroom wasa not clean and door for batroom lock was not working also we sent to room that already book once got the door open there were other people in there then we have wait another for room that was not very good exp going to some one else room while they are in the room

We had a great not to busy and relaxing the whole time. Staff was great location was perfect to walk to all restaurants close by. Beach was wonderful!

We enjoyed our vacation. The time was endless.

It was horrible from the guy trying to solicit and give my daughters drugs to the black mold in my room, to the air conditioner not working. The hotel manager was impossible to get a hold of. The desk staff were not customer friendly. The air conditioning issue got so bad that they finally moved 6 of us on our last night which caused some of our items to go missing. Restaurant chef and bar staff were the only good things I can say. This should be a 10 out of 10 hotel but sadly I have to say is one of the worst

There were a lot of issues with our room, house keeping half cleaned our room the 4 days we were there, the phone for services did not work.

All of the staff from front door, front desk, restaurant s coffee shope, the inside bar and the outside bar have great drinks and great staff.

Paint cracking in room. Door didn’t shut properly. Toilet ran constantly. For the price I was expecting something a little nicer. Actually I’ve stayed in comfort suite hotels that were nicer

The pool was warm. That was nice!

Property is worn down, needs a refresh in the rooms and pool.

Staying on the beach is the best thing about this hotel. The balcony view was beautiful and it is an easy walk to good dining options. However, it is terribly expensive for what it is. There is not enough parking and nothing in the room or hotel seemed to work - ceiling fan was inoperable, phone was disconnected, toilet barely flushed, not enough towels, only one working ice machine in the entire hotel, no pool towels to be found, etc. We’ve stayed at this property for several years in a row and every year it seems more rundown and more expensive.

It was very spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised that there were 2 TVs; we just turned one on lol. Balcony was very spacious and the view was pleasing to my eye. Staff was always mopping up water in common areas. Friendly. There was a person selling henna tattoos and hair wraps in the lobby from 3-9 pm but we didnt make time to get a service. Bathroom was a good size, with a shower AND a bathtub. There was a little mold in the shower. No biggie, I have more in my own shower lol jk. I liked that the little cafe sold starbucks coffee and had a nice lil selection if pastries and savory food. Pool was kinda average but good enough for us! Had a large shallow pool with sprinklers. I didn't check out the pool bar. Or the 2 inside restaurants. But it's wonderful to have options. A little pricey for my poor self but we really enjoyed the stay and would go back repeatedly.

Took FOREVER to get a Bell person... Could NOT find the valet for parking! Know even though there was a language barrier between housekeeping and myself they were all very helpful!

Weve stayed here for 3 years now and after this stay we wont again. Get there to check in and i was waiting behind a couple checking in. A lady and 4 teenage girls comes behind me and the manager immediately stops helping the girl receptionist to go help them check. I guess i didnt look like a i could afford the $1700 for 3 nights cause of my tattoos. Strike 1. Then we go to the room and get ready to go to the beach. Come back hours later and wife wanted to take a bath. Tub faucet handle stripped and shower faucet had to barely turned to get any kind of luke warm water. Called front desk they sent "engineer". He says theyll order part be fixed in morning. Wrong. Strike 2. Had to get firm with them at 3 oclock the next day to even finally get it fixed. But shower still did luke warm water that was never fixed. They offered to swap rooms till they saw no more junior suites were available. No upgrade no hey were sorry heres 10% of your stay back. NOTHING. Except oh well is the vibe i was given. Strike 3. Seems everything went up. Burger and fries at the pool while our 4 yr old swam was $20. Wife ordered a premixed pina colada in a 12 oz foam cup $15. $15 a day to park and dont leave that spot or good luck finding another. The only convenient thing were the food choices across the street.

This was out 25th stay. We love this Hilton. Housekeeping ignored our request to clean our room after 4 times we asked. The hotel is starting to show aged. But again we love Hilton
