Needed a place close to the airport, and you can't get much closer than this place. Staff was nice, and they had a shuttle to get back and forth to the airport.
Breakfast hot food was not that hot, except the grits, which were really good!

This place was absolutely amazing! We have little children so we didn’t want to stay on the water and this hotel was perfect! We were 20 mins from the beach/boardwalk in Pensacola and about 30 seconds to 10 minutes from dining options at the most! Great location quiet atmosphere very professional the room was absolutely accommodating! We requested a suite with a room bedroom separated from the living room with a door for the kids so they could sleep quietly. I suppose this is one of the hotels that accepts navy personnel because they were all over the place but that was perfectly fine with us just made us feel more safe. The trip was absolutely perfect and this hotel was hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed!!

Poor breakfast choice. Hidden internet charges that I didn’t find out about until I checked out. Poor customer service and zero hospitality shown by Carena. I’m not sure if that is the correct spelling of her name but she is a plus size black lady just like myself but the only difference is that I know how to treat my customers.

This hotel is a clean and friendly hotel. The staff were attentive and polite. In addition to the normal bottled water as a welcome gift the front desk staff added Oreos. The room was comfortable and easy to move around in. The water pressure on the shower was awesome! The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of options. The breakfast area was kept clean and the eating area was kept clean as well. The check in and check out process was simple and the digital key on the app actually worked. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit to the Pensacola area or Pensacola Beach.

It was just an overnight stay for an early flight out the next morning but Homewood Suites are my Hotel of choice whenever I can get one. That said, while it was clean it hadn’t been updated here and there except when necessary. It wasn’t bad at all. I’m just used to Homewood Suites being better.

The Homewood suites Pensacola is in a old building in need of a total remake and replacement of all furniture and fixtures including bathrooms. The kitchen floor of our room was sticky and dirty upon our arrival. The bathroom had wet face cloths on top of the shower curtain. The air conditioner was excessively loud when running. Some of the furniture was stained. We had to make multiple requests to get replacement for dirty linens after use... inattentive housekeeping.

The lobby and public areas are nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. But this property is really run down. Hallway carpets are worn and weren’t vacuumed during my 3 night stay. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the lid to the ice bucket was cracked. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. I can’t recommend this hotel.

Will not stay again. Client picked this plce for me...someone had a cut and wiped the blood on the side of the chair and no one sees it or cleans it. No service even offered like all of the other Hilton properties i stay at 5 days a week about the country. The meal 1 day was not worth it for the price i paid

It was by far one of the worst hotel experiences or maybe I expected more from a Hilton property. The four nights we were there we NEVER seen a housekeeper. We were told that housekeeping comes by your third day there and they still NEVER made it. We had children with us and we had to go to a local laundromat to wash towels and a family dollar to buy tissue and trash bags. The front desk lady Ms Karena was nice during check in but quickly got annoyed after we kept coming asking for things like tissue,towels and trash can liners. Saw her rolling eyes and sighing as we were complaining but I mean after spending $1,164.00 dollars plus a $50.00 incidental fee what did she expect. I would expect more from the property and staff. The breakfast was bomb 👍 and the kids loved the pool
