was not aware that there was no food and beverage service (room service or restaurant) on the weekends. We did meet a great bartender who made great drinks and ham and cheese sandwiches!

Lovely one nighter with some friends in the City. Great city for walking and the hotel is just 30 minutes walk located from the cathedral. Clean property, lovely service and funny shower in the room. All good.

Very practical hotel for a business trip on the outskirts of Murcia, walking distance (30 min) to the city center.

Very friendly staff on check in. Helpful with info when required. Beautiful comfortable bed and room very clean, also the bathroom, plenty of towels supplied. Bar area nice but they ran out of drink! Very convenient tram stop across road, €1.05 fare to get to city then a bit of a walk.

Nice hotel in the city

Check in was quick and early. I was in my room by 12. noon. The receptionist was pleasant and smiling.The room is clean and bright with a great walk in shower.There is a chest of drawers for storage and wardrobe. Quiet.Comfortable bed. Good comfortable armchairs and useful table. Good lighting for reading. A window with a view. Decent cold fridge.Breakfast was pretty ordinary not much more than a simple continental breakfast. Although the coffee was good as was the fresh juices.I would recommend the hotel but would avoid breakfast.There is a Lidl and a Carrefour with a Burger king nearby but not much else. A quiet and feels safe neighbourhood. If you don't want to walk in to the centre there's a tram opposite which for euro 1 and 5 Cents will take you most of the way.

I will recommend this hotel without fear of being mistaken. Small, clean and with all amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and productive. Great location wih a supermarket next to it, beautiful zone and across the rail stop that in about 5 minutes it will take you to downtown historical Murcia.

Unfortunately my "non-smoking" room was smelling a lot of smoke of cigarettes. The hotel staff has been so kind to change immediately my room. Nevertheless the new room was smelling too (much less but I was not comfortable).

Very nice hotel. Tram right outside which takes you right into the center for 1.20 return.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Need more accesible parking as only found out when there that it was €15.75 per day. This should have been on the website before booking. No kettle or hit drink making facilities in the room: very surprising, as even cheap hotels offer this. Fridge was great in the room, but air con not effective enough. Also, the bed was hard.

The hotel was very nice and great if you have a car and want easy access and parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem that we had is that there is another street in Murcia with the same name and address. Our GPS took us to an area of town way off the beaten path on tiny streets. Offering the coordinates and a warning would have helped a lot. The coordinates are: N 38.00355 W 1.14241. We didn't go into town as we were traveling through, so I'm not sure about access to the city.

Always a good experience. Close to tram to city. Easy access from motorway. Staff always helpful. Nice and clean. Set back from road so not noisy Have stayed there several times. Always choose this hotel. Good range of rooms. Good facilities.

Check the noise. Why I have to write more? Looks that If I don´t recomend the hotel you put dificulties.

The only problem was with ac. It didn't work and they didn't fixed it after repotted.

Good quality hotel for Murcia. Car not essential but recommended. Tram in front of the hotel
