We have an entrance close to our room. The restaurants are right out there. Indoor hotel parking so convenient and we pretty much walked old Quebec our entire stay there.

Parking is really tight for a big car not a showstopper though, Although had a hiccup with the actual billing, they billed the card that I held a reservation on and they billed my partners card so we got double billed and we had to fix it

The hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly, professional and so helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Close to old city

very close to Old Quebec, while also being close to the Plains of Abraham, Cartier St and other attractions. we had a Deluxe room on a corner of the property with beautiful views out 2 different directions. hot tubs are very nice, outdoors, plenty of room.

Excellent location, great on site parking, within 2 mins walking of dozens of restaurant. Hotel breakfast is like a Marriott, with powder scrambled eggs, only thing I would not recommend

Wonderful stay.

Very friendly staff ...always ready to help....excellent location. Very clean. Appreciated that there was no extra hotel fees that we didn't know about. In a city where parking is scarce, it was nice that it was available but be very careful....very tight spots! Would go back and would recommend to family and friends.

The parking is below the hotel, which is convenient but if you’re driving a full sized truck or larger, you will need to valet park it. The restaurant was mediocre—not bad but simply mediocre. However, I would stay there again due to price, cleanliness and location.

Great hotel for distance to important sites. The hotel has several towers and the distance from the lobby to the towers is a lot of walking. Not great for those with walking limitations.

Great hotel, 5 star quality!

Room was large and close to a variety of restaurants. However, our bed was lumpy and hard and bed frames stuck out way beyond the mattress causing a tripping hazard.

The room was very nice. I liked the long counter, storage space, leather club chairs and bench. The water machine in the lobby (to fill our bottles) was convenient and saved $ and plastic! William, the concierge was great, as were all the staff. They were informative and went the extra mile. When we were leaving, we called for a bellhop. They sent one up, but someone also called us to see if we wanted our car! Instead of us coming down and waiting around -our car was waiting for us. The guy also packed our trunk without asking! Valeting the car was worth the extra $5 Canadian. The rooms could use more information- maybe a card that says how to dial the desk and use the TV. We also got massages arranged by the hotel. Lucy and Yves gave great massages right on the premises. Buffet breakfast was bad, not appealing. It would have been worth the $ if there were things that looked good. It would be great if you could just get croissants or a light breakfast a la carte. Maybe continental.

Easy to get around the city

We just finished a four night stay at this hotel. Here are the pros. The location is absolutely fabulous in terms of ease of accessing your hotel, walking to the old city and all the main attractions of the area. The hotel itself is nice but a bit dated. Our room was nice but the carpet was old and should be replaced. The hotel says they have a valet to assist but two teenagers made no effort to help us. The bedding was a bit odd. No fitted sheet. Just flat sheets and two over a duvet. The hotel does provide a water refilling station and if you want you can buy wine by the glass. As for breakfast use the coupons at the front desk and go across the street to the grand cafe. We don’t like buffets. Hotel is right off the Grand Allee so lots of close dining options. Overall a good stay.

We have stayed in many properties in Quebec City but this one is above the others in terms of access to the other neighborhood such as St-Roch or Limoilou. The staff is very warm and ready to help you out. The rooms are of a good size.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable although very plain. There were no pictures on the walls, so it felt a bit like being in a white box. Coffee machine was excessively loud. Many good dining options close to the hotel. We appreciated the filtered water machine when it came time to refill our water bottles. Overall a nice hotel and a good value for the money.
