Extremely well located. Very nice terrasse with view on the Pisa tower. In the city center, very close to the Pisa Tower and restaurants that can be pretty noisy at night.

Best attribute: location! 3-4 minute walk to Piazza di Miracoli with a bunch of shops and restaurants right outside the door. Friendly desk staff. Good breakfast selections with superb service by Getardo. Leaning Tower is visible from veranda while eating breakfast. Small room but clean and is all you need after a tiring day if walking around Pisa. Free wifi also. Door to hotel is locked at 2200 for security but guests can access the main door with electronic key. Hotel was about 12 euros from Pisa Centrale.

Nice clean hotel in a perfect location next to restaurants and shops and a few steps to leaning tower of Pisa. The room itself wasn’t big but overall it’s a good place to stay.

Close to Pisa tower and dining areas. But old building and so much noise. However beautiful view while you are having your breakfast

Friend and helpful staff. Ar check in they gave us a map of the tourist attractions in Pisa. For a very low price they hold your bags after check out. The location does not get any better!! The tour of Pisa was visible from our room and less than a 5 minute walk. It was very clean and supplied with snacks and water to buy. I am looking forward to returning with my family.

Excellent location, good breakfast, super friendly staff. Hotel is located right by the tower of Pisa so is older and although maintained as much as possible by staff - there are flaws. Rooms are clean but beds are not comfortable. Would highly recommend for a one night stay though.

Lovely hotel, great location - close to all attractions & lots of fantastic restaurants.Continental breakfast was excellent.Room was basic, tucked away & no view but it was adequate for 3 nights and didn't detract from the overall stay

We stayed here for one night to see the leaning tower of Pisa. The location is ideal, the leaning tower is only 50 metres away. The manager of this small hotel was always very helpful and speaks perfect English. There are a lot of small restaurants in the same street catering for all tastes.

We only stayed one night but would definitely have stayed longer if possible. Staff friendly at check in great location and views of the leaning tower from the terrace where breakfast is served!

The hotel is close to tower of Pisa. It seemed like people had smoked in our room... the hotel is old and needs updating. The staff was super friendly and helpful, so that made up for everything else.

We had three rooms all comfortable and clean. One bed was broken which we didn’t notice til after the staff had left for the night. Apart from that everything was great 👍

Room very small for american stile. But super clean room, the staff was great, excellent breakfast and the location so close to the Pisa tower and church museums make up for it

Small but comfortable hotel right in the centre of pisa. You only have to walk around the corner and you’re at the Leaning Tower and Cathedral. Not a luxury option but if you want a good, clean 3 star hotel close to points of interest with plenty of restaurants and cafes around it then this is definitely a must, i would definitely return.

Very good location, cant be faulted. But the hotel was dingy, small, cramped and dirty. The floors hasnt been mopped and the shower went scalding to freezing over and over. It was a tiny room for three people. View was nice enough but room was overly hot, though the fan did work it didnt work very well. Bed rock hard, coverlet dirty, though sheets were fresh. Like staying in a hostel.

They cancelled our booking 3 hours before we checked in. Then charged the rack rate even though the same room was available. Avoid. .

Hotel is a period authentic Italian residence, we absolutely loved the building. The hotel staff were very accommodating with an extremely late check in due to a delayed flight. Couldn't fault the staff or the hotel and location was 30 yards from Duomo. The view as you exited the hotel main entrance and turned right was utterly mind blowing and would we return to this hotel..... absolutely yes.

Nice hotel, basic but clean, 1 min walk to the learning tower, only downside was shower was a bit small but perfect for what we needed
