It was average compared to other hilton stays.. the bathroom has a barn door which is not ideal when you are sharing room with someone.

The food service was terrible. Items on the menu were not even available and staff didn't even know what the dessert menu had listed. Breakfast service was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. We had to go to the front desk to have them find the host. He then tried seating me and my child RIGHT next to the ONLY other people in the restaurant. And I have never in my life known a hotel restaurant to NOT have a child's menu at breakfast. This is the second bad Hilton I've stayed at and will never book another Hilton anywhere.

The coffee in the room is the worse coffee I ever try in my life.
No mirrow in the room, is nice to be able to check yourself before you go out.
The front desk people was attended. But there presentation is bad , they need uniform!

It was a nice hotel but the staff was horrible! I made several phone calls while in my room but they always ignored it. I went as far as going downstairs in the lobby calling the front desk and watching them ignore the phone call. You would think the staff would be much better because theyre right next to a hospital but no they show no hospitality.

The only thing that I’m no happy with is that it says the breakfast is buffet for an extra $50.00 and it is not. They gave me tickets and didn’t say anything when I checked in, the tickets were only good for an $18.00 dollar discount each.

I was not very pleased to see people lying on the lobby couches and also a girl out of her mind walking around the lobby, with her dress open in the back, asking for money from those of us who were in the place, she had access to the rooms since she went up the elevator. No one at the front desk said or did anything about it.

This is really a great hotel. There is a Starbuck's coffee in the lobby. Also there is a nice bar and restaurant. The rooms were outstanding. The hotel is located right next to the Baptist Hospital where I had an appointment. I really loved this hotel.

Very clean and convenient. It had all the amenities that I needed. I have was able to complete my morning walk in the wellness center. Appreciated that hotel had a full service Starbucks

It was absolutely great! Easy check in and out! The dinner at the restaurant was amazingly delicious, we got churrasco (steak), salad, and potatoes, we loved it! I requested towels, and quickly received in my room. There’s a huge high class mall where you can shop conveniently.

The facility is clean and in immaculate condition. The restaurant looks nice and had a nice bar in the lobby. The pool which we enjoyed was heated and had a nice regulated temperature. The cabanas were nice although we went to the pool in the evening and didn't need them.

I liked the fact that it was spacious for me and my two kids. I liked that there was a separation between living and sleeping. I liked the fact that it had a kitchen to sit and eat a meal. Overall it was a great experience.
