When I left in the morning, there were no outside lights. Had it not been for the flashlight on my phone I probably would have not made it to my car.
The person at the front desk upon check in was not very kind. I could barely hear him had to ask him to repeat himself several times. When I got something from the vending machine, my food got stuck.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Shower was awesome!

This hotel is near the turnpike, Biddeford, lots of shopping & dining options. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and staff was good.

The room had very thin walls the people next too us were very loud till 1:00am and Bobby seemed to care they were disturbing other quests and the breakfast looked good until you tried it the eggs were cold and the bacon was hard as a rock the only good part of the stay was I was able to make coffee that tasted good and that was only after I found someone to fill the empty coffee dispenser the room was clean is the only plus to this stay

Easy check-in , easy access location off highway yet very well hidden and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and hotel breakfast area was clean and had delicious variety of foods hot and cold. The negatives for me were that the couch in our room was very smelly and the air conditioning was too cold in hallways and breakfast area in lobby.

We went to this hotel a first time 2 years agi and it was great. This hotel or at least the room we got now desperately needs renovations. It was very humid, there was a bad smell and there was 50/50 chance the door would not open or close properly. However the bed was confortable and its main quality is its location. Definitely not worth the price.

This was a comfortable hotel that gave us easy access to University of New England for a college tour. It seemed overpriced for the type of hotel room, but it is summer in Maine. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good -- but crowded at the time we went.

Clean and spacious. Beware: the soundproofing between floors is substandard. Know before you go: you will hear planes flying over as it is by the airport.

A bit expensive for the value/quality... room keys card always faulty for us and others, staff seemed annoyed eveytime we asked to reset them, very good cleaning services for room, good included breakfast, rules of 10 to 6 silence in room bit strict, VERY POOR lighting in bathroom.

My only complaint is that my key card never worked the first swipe on my door. It took 5 or 6 swipes each time before it would unlock. Other than that my stay was great.

Never anyone at the front desk. I am diabetic and use insulin-no refrigerator in the room. Remote control only worked occasionally. They put me in a handicapped room which was awkward with zero counter space in the bathroom. Very dated.

I was disappointed with the customer service upon check in. The employee did not not say any information about breakfast in the morning or about the pool hours. He was rude and not very friendly. I ended up talking with two other employees during my stay and they were nice and informative. But I was definitely surprised by how rude my first encounter was when I walked in with my family. I’ve always had excellent experiences and customer service at other holiday inn’s.

Nice, quiet and safe! However, I found staff difficult to get ahold of. At one point our keys stopped working, and I waited for 15 min at the front desk to speak with someone during the day. I called three times before someone came to the desk to talk to me and fix my keys. Additionally, I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed, and it was left in the room for me to put on.

Close to many southern Maine attractions. The room was clean and updated. There was a good variety of things for breakfast but bacon was not quickly replenished.

It was a fine stay. I was most troubled by the young guy that checked me in. He was wearing a mask and rubber gloves. He is clearly struggling as a person. Why is he in customer service?

It was clean, although they forgot to clean out the refigerator from the previous guest, so we had to empty it out and bring old food down to desk ( did not get any money off) Usually this chain has a very good breakfast, but disappointed this time...bacon was not cooked at ALL.. Facilities clean , easy check-in,quiet, ..just should have gone elsewhere for breakfast..

With my daughter attending the nearby college I have now stayed here a handful of times and I do like it there very much! My only complaint is I’ve had the breakfast be shortchanged a couple times now . An enormous crowd ( bus) had breakfast and nobody came out to refill the food at all ! Literally had to get food at McDonalds . Also the pool needs to be warmer. I intentionally rent rooms for the pool and the water is so cold it’s not enjoyable at all . That’s it ! Other then that it’s great

The property was nice. Stayed one night, but the manager was awful. There was a line of people waiting to be checked in and out. We were waiting for a long time before he came out. Once he came out he said he knew we were out there. Horrible service!

The bathroom was from hell... you literally had to squeeze between the side of the toilet and sink counter, just to close tge bsthroom door.
The "breakfast" was pathetic...the bacon was raw, the biscuits were so hard you could use them as hockey pucks, there was no gravy for afore mentioned hockey pucks and the cinnamon danish things were cold..... oh abd tge sausage patties were grey. Lol
