Everything was wonderful.

We liked the cleanliness of the home and the room itself was very cozy with nice bedding, comfortable accommodations nice shower and bathroom . It was a 15 mon drive to town and easy access to 95.

The only thing i would say is the food , although freshly made and prepared professionally did not align with our preferences . I would suggest asking guests prior or doing more self serve vs a 3 course pre-planned menu for those with more specific tastes . Also there are no laundry use for guests on premises.

Very friendly, welcoming inn keeper/owner. She is not only attentive to all her guest's needs, but a person who was very helpful with any questions one needs answered. Makes mouth-watering breakfasts.

Everything! Armand is an amazing inn keeper who goes out of his way to make guests happy and comfortable. The breakfast, freshly baked afternoon treats and adorable ‘pub’ were real highlights. the rooms themselves were spotless, comfortable and decorated so well.

This accommodation was by far the nicest on our entire Indian Summer road trip. The interior is incredibly beautiful, with love for detail. The rooms are fantastic and everything is in extremely clean condition. But the best thing about this accommodation is the kindness of the owners. Incredibly good service, amazingly nice and give tips to explore the location. Hardly ever had such a great place to stay on our many trips. Unfortunately we were only there one night on our trip. But we will be back and then stay longer and make day trips from there to the area. Greetings from Austria to Kennebunk ;)

Beautifully decorated Inn with lots of attention to details. The host made sure we were well taken care of. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

This bed and breakfast is first class. Recently completely renovated with fresh, comfortable surroundings. Lovely breakfasts with delicious homemade baked goods every day. Fabulous quiche. Fresh fruit. Hot coffee. Even a cute bar for a night cap on the premises. Perfect location being only minutes away from down town Kennebunk and 15 minutes from Kennebunkport. Best yet is that warm welcome from the host.

A great place to stay...we felt pampered and special. Armund goes out of his way to make the guests feel comfortable. Everything is sparkling clean and cozy. Beds were wonderful. Breakfasts were terrific. Company was grand.

The breakfast was amazing! The location was good for what we wanted to do. It was a little bit of a drive to the ocean and town but we didn't mind because the facilities were amazing!

A light near the entrance to see the sign a bit better and the driveway would be helpful. Other than that I cannot think of anything that we did not like. We absolutely loved the place and our host!

The location was very convenient to Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Breakfast was amazing with homemade quiche, breads, muffins and fresh fruit. The decor was beautiful both inside and out. Armond, our host, was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area with local dinner recommendations and tips. Thank you Armond for a lovely visit.

The property was beautiful. Lovely garden & fire pit area outside. Beautifully appointed first floor with bar. We didn't use the bar. Owner & Meika were very personable and pleasant.

Billed as a quintessential Kennebunk bed and breakfast, the breakfast was far from perfect. Breakfast was basically a continental style with a single added 'homemade' item. Baked goods were from Costco. Frittata & pancakes were cold. There was no offer of any breakfast meat. There was only one "room" left when we booked and it was described as a two room suite. In actuality, it was 2 separate bedrooms with their own baths, and 2 separate keys. When we checked in we were told we could look at the other room if we wanted to, but it sounded like he didn't want us to use it since we didn't need it. I understand he sells it as a two room suite, but it really wasn't worth more than the other rooms for almost half the price. Not sure why he doesn't just sell them as two separate rooms. Also, the rooms were over the garage and we heard the garage door open and close throughout the evening.

This inn was beyond perfect! Armand, the owner was so attentive, funny and gracious. Breakfast had a number of homemade treats and was delicious! I will definitely return and have told everyone to go there. Thank you , Armand, for a wonderful time. I feel like we have known you for years!
