Charging a $7 additional fee is ridiculous on top of the hotel cost. The hotel was clean but it could use a little maintenance. I won’t stay again

The restaurants are not inside the hotel they are 5 minutes away walking To list this property as having a restaurant is not correct

The tv didn’t work initially. Room smelled. I reserved a handicap… did not get one. No ice machine. No breakfast. Will never go back to that location

Terrible facility. Room smelled moldy. Hallways stink from all the cooking in rooms. Place feels like a transient house. No ice available for guests. Rooms have ice maker in freezer, but no ice there already.

Our check-in was quick and easy and the desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and appeared to have been updated not too long ago. The bed was very comfortable!

Location looks very clean but i came home with bug bites and that concerns me it was nothing that i could see but the bites are visible and annoying

This place seemed to be alright. Sadly, it has a roach infestation that - after checking in - I saw was a consistent problem in other reviews. I was able to get a full refund, however, after killing about 3 of them in my room. (Careful if you are placed in Room 211. This room has previous reviews of roach infestation and they are still there.) Good luck! Excellent customer service from the front staff.

The bathroom sink was scalding hot, basically unusable. Had to use the kitchen sink for everything. Not a huge problem but inconvenient. Everything else was exactly as I expected, no problems

It was an amazing stay after they changed my room. The suite I was initially given must have had someone with a dog in there before I got there, there were loads of dog hair around the base of the bed it was A LOT. Then I had this crawling creatures that will crawl on my legs and initially I thought I was imagining things but then it persisted. On one occasion I had to turn on the flash light on my phone to actually see what’s crawling on my leg and I found some black things that will quickly fly away I don’t know what they were but they were all over the room so o asked for another suite. I was disappointed that that room was not vacuumed right and disinfected especially if they knew well that the previous occupant had a dog smh

Always an enjoyable stay. Comfortable apartment style rooms. Not a lot of amenities but lots of room, decent price & friendly staff. Our go to hotel in Tyler.

Not Good

We come to town at least once a month and usually stay here. We like apartment style rooms and this place is affordable. Not a lot of amenities but we just need a place to sleep and bathe so it’s fine with us.

We are very upset with Expedia they did not disclose the hotel was under renavation. Thank God they let us cancel. That is the best thing I can say . My wife could not be around oil base paint , my dog would of barked from 7am till 7pm from the doing construction . It ended up costing us more money then we planned because we had to book last minute hotels yes more then one.

Renovations going on, not that big of a deal. The common areas make you think oh no, but the room itself was nice. Not a lot of amenities but overall it works and rooms are clean. I prefer apartment style hotels so I’d rather stay here than a 5 star regular room.

Place is clean. I think it used to be a time share as it had a kitchen with dishes and dishwasher! Full fridge with ice maker. 2 things that was strange to me for a hotel. First, no ice machine or bucket, you had to turn in the ice maker in the fridge and wait. Second, no breakfast of any kind.

noisy and the front desk is hard to work with all except one friendly lady that works the saturday mornings. they’re doing renovations all throughout the day so it’s constant drilling and hammering and contractors coming into your room at 7am. we went to the front desk several times with questions and requests (like that we stay in the same room consistently, or for ear plugs during the construction) and we were offered to change rooms every time (exactly what we didn’t want) The hotel is nice, the service is not.

It was an ok stay. My room had an odor. Although there was a plug in in the wall it was empty.
