Very very nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds. My only 2 complaints are that the windows opened, but there was no way to prop them open and there was no full length mirror in the suite which was a real bummer.

It was so quiet and the room was nice

First room was fine until we tried to leave to get something to eat. The deadbolt was stuck in the locked position, so we had to change room. So while changing rooms we went back to recheck and someone stole my meds. The front desk personnel was good.

Traveled down to Indy for my daughters bowling tournament from northern IL. Location was very good and the staff was amazing. Only complaint I would have is that I would like to see a separate bin in the room for recycling. Other than that no complaints at all!

They over booked, took my money, and sent us to a small and inferior hotel. The other hotel sent to invoice to Residence Inn at a cheaper price and Residence Inn pocketed the difference. Other customers given same treatment. I want a refund.

Nice to have a full kitchen, although we didn't use it. It was very quiet, dark room, big bathroom, nice staff and great breakfast selection.

Enjoyed warm pool and staff is personable

We checked in and our room didn't look clean. Dishes in the dishwasher yet and trash in a lower cupboard. We were able to change rooms. Our new room #224 looked better but when we pulled out the pullout couch there was trash under the couch. I slept ON the couch and not the pullout. Breakfast was good but very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.

Beautiful room for a great price. Nice and big, too. We never felt crowded. The bed was super comfortable and even the pull out couch was above expectations. On top of that, we had a full kitchen and plenty of space for games and other activities.

The front staff at this location are very well trained to provide friendly customer service. I directly dealt with five of them for requests and questions. I forgot a number of items and was offered generous selection and quantity to meet my needs. Breakfast included individually packaged breakfast sandwiches, bagels to toast, cereal, oatmeal, packaged boiled eggs, apples and bananas, and on weekdays, fresh waffles. I especially appreciated the grab and go breakfast sandwiches, as they let me grab enough for my whole crew to enjoy in the room. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent water pressure in the shower. The work area in the room was very well appointed. The surface area was large and ergonomically shaped. Multiple adjustable lighting sources and copious, easy to access outlets with USB charging ports were located around the room. Seriously, this place is bursting with places to charge: both sides of the bed, the desk, the dining set, and the couch all had plugs at surface level. The complaints are tiny, but needed in a review. I would have liked to see fresh towels in the pool area. Also, the cookware in room needs updating. The pan in mine has a warped bottom that made it difficult to cook in.

Good location and staff, some amenities need repair (common BBQ), garbage collection (common areas like hallways) at more frequent basis would keep foil odours down, would love to see recycling capabilities

Nice property. It’s a bit older, but was in good condition and we found it to be very clean. Pleasant atmosphere.

Very nice room. Very comfortable bed. Limited breakfast at this time. Staff was great. Only issue was every time the air conditioner turned on it was as loud as an alarm for about a minute. The first night it woke us every time but the second night we slept through it much better.

We had the King suite and it was large and nice.

There was some brown stuff on a light switch. It looked like feces. I went to the front desk no housekeeping available. The front desk attendant went to her her car and got some Clorox wipes for me to clean it. It did not come off. I think it was hair dye but it still look gross. Also, We ended up with ants in our room.

We stayed for two nights in a Studio Suite. We were in Indianapolis due to a death in the family. The check-in process was very frustrating because for some reason the two nights had been booked separately (an error on Expedia's part) and I was told we would have to come the next day and re-swipe our credit card and get key cards redone as well. I expressed my frustration at that and the clerk got a little snippy with me. Then she asked what brought us to Indianapolis and I said a death. She then responded with what felt like an automatic "I'm sorry" which had absolutely no compassion or sympathy behind it. I said, "Yes, I can tell just how sincere you are." She then got even snippier and was downright rude. The other major issue was that we were without the use of our toilet for 24 hours of our stay because it was clogged and was leaking and running constantly. They had no one there to fix it and we were told they would be there at 7:30 the next evening. They would not even give my husband the plunger so he could at least unclog it himself. So we were stuck using the bathroom in the lobby. This was completely unacceptable! I don't know how you run a hotel with this lack of concern for your guests. I would assume that there is some type of management and/or staffing issue that needs to be addressed at this property to bring their service up to at least a minimal standard of professionalism and service.

Breakfast was done before I got there, and they were out of food. Coffee was also done. No ice machine.

The room overall would have been great but a cockroach came to visit and it had smells of smoke.

For all the money spent the cleaning was not available for room service I could not get enough towels and when my son chips fell we could not even get a broom to clean our own room. The grab breakfast was trouble and the coffee machine was broken both mornings I asked for a manager twice and she/he never responded
