Nice place. I was there for the New Port Jazz festival. It’s convenient for that. It’s a decent hotel. Clean. Quiet and located well. I would have like “newer” towels.

Great experience, would recommend. Check in is early at 2:00 which is super convenient for us as travelers. Great location by the beach, close enough to walk to sites! Lots of snacks and food available, good fresh food, not commonly seen while traveling always available!

This place is absolutely the best!!! Our host was so hospitable, the rooms, neat as a pin, and the snacks and continental breakfast surpassed any we’ve ever experienced. We would love to return!!!

I'd stay here again. We arrived late in the evening, and the staff person (owner?) was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast isn't "fancy" but it was a nice touch with lots of options and we enjoyed it. Easy parking. It wasn't cheap, but it seems like a good value based on the area.

Absolutely love this place. Pictures just do not do it justice. We will be staying here everytime we come to newport.

Great place to stay with families! easy walk to beach and casual restaurants. Kitchen was stocked with great snacks and breakfast food!

We had an excellent overnight stay. The hotel looks recently renovated. The hallway carpets were spotless. The bedroom and bathroom were good-sized and in excellent condition. There was a cute seating area on the 2nd floor where we stayed, which has three rooms. So if a family or group booked those rooms, there's a little common area to gather in. The office area serves as the breakfast area. It's compact but well-organized with a couch, TV, ice machine, hot and cold water dispenser, coffee, tea, a refrigerator (stocked with yogurt, milk, juice, butter, jelly), dry cereal, oatmeal, English muffins, Pop Tarts, fruit, muffins, cookies, granola bars -- so many choices! Rhea's is in a great location. It's a short-ish walk to Easton Beach, and just beyond that is the famous Cliff Walk. There are several restaurants and stores very close by. We highly recommend this beautiful little hotel and would not hesitate to stay there if we are ever visit this area again!

Extremely clean! Newly renovated beautiful property very well maintained. Will be back. Breakfast in the morning. My boyfriend is a coffee lover and was impressed with the quality ☕️!! Service was polite and answered any questions promptly

Rhea's is a true little gem. The Inn is remarkably clean. The staff is truly friendly and happy to have you there. It has a very homey feel and is very laid back, friendly feel. It is now my first choice to stay when I'm in the area. Also, if you're into supporting the small independent businesses, this is definitely worth your patronage. I'm looking forward to staying at Rhea's again

The property was clean comfortable. was able to walk to restaurants no nightlife in the area on a the Thursday night that we stayed though..not sure if it is more lively on the weekends

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. It was newly remodeled. 2 minute walk to first beach and walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely be going back

We stayed at Rhea's during a visit to see the mansions in Newport. This hotel was a great option for us. Less than a five minute walk to Eastons beach. Very quick drive to the mansions in Newport and downtown Newport. The hotel room was very clean, nicely decorated. Nice options for a quick breakfast. The gentleman who ran the front desk was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Rhea’s Inn was absolutely beautiful!!! We booked a king room with a deck which overlooked the ocean. The room and bathroom were large and exceptionally clean!!! Coffee and breakfast(bagels, muffins and fruit) were included. The owners was very friendly. He gave us a lot of recommendations in the area and chatted with us everyday. The surrounding area was nice, walkable, safe and only a few minutes to drive to downtown Newport. We loved it so much we recommended it to a family member who will be there later this year and they booked it also. We would definitely stay here again!!

This room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Large selection of continental breakfast items, coffees, teas juices, everything. And the plus was the family that owns this awesome.!” We hated to leave, but we certainly hope to be back. I’ll give this a 10+

Pleasant check in and check out. Good location, comfortable room, and all around positive experience. Easy walk to the Cliff Walk, several restaurants in the mmediate vicinity.

Very nice small hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. Great location! You can walk to the beach and even to Cliff Walk. Spacious room, comfortable bed, continental breakfast available 24x7. You can have fresh coffee and toasted bagel with cream cheese at any time! Thank you for making us feel at home! We will come back!

Everything for A

Our stay at Rhea's Inn by the Sea was enjoyable. Our third floor room had updated furniture which was clean and provided ample storage space. The bathroom was updated, as well. Stairways and public areas were clean, too, although the floor level "lobby" areas looked a little bit dated. It looked like the place had just been painted because the woodwork was so clean, but I have a feeling that the place is just well taken care of. There is a lobby area down by the front desk where fruit, granola bars, muffins, juice, etc, etc are all provided. What a BONUS! The motel is within walking distance to a nearby beach, Clementine's Ice Cream Shop and Flo's Clam Shack. It's also somewhat close to the Cliff Walk and within easy driving distance to downtown Newport. If you're looking for a Hilton with all the amenities, this isn't it, but Rhea's is a very clean, comfortable, quiet, family-owned place.

Great place to stay. Convenient to the beach and the Cliff walking tour not to mention, Flo's Seafood, great fish and chips. Will most definitely stay here again.

thoroughly enjoyed staying here! our room was impeccably clean! the staff friendly and informative! the continental breakfast with several choices coffee and ice available all day. i can"t wait to return next summer and would reccomend
