Nice and quiet rooms

Front desk was great. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom. Was tight with no towel rack. The walls were very thin. You can hear peoples conversation outside.

Older hotel renovated into Xilo. Comfortable bed, nice rain shower. Parking was tight and narrow, but ample enough. Free breakfast in the morning was minimal, but got the job done. Nice staff.

The Filipino receptionist was very kind and helpful. The telephone in the room was not working and some of the light switches were not as well. Overall, the stay was comfortable and room was clean.

Carpet was dirty all over, we were on the lower floor and can hear the guests above walking back and forth. Some guests arrived late in two cars playing loud music, reving their cars and they were yelling and no-one stop them. I went to the loby to get some nigth coffee and was old and cold. When I made the reservation on line it said that parking is available but when arrived I was asked to pay $12 a night. Breakfast is very disappointing.

Nice place. Walls are thin and it needs a little TLC around the edges. Maybe something more than sugar and carbs for breakfast would be nice, but it's overall a good pick for a simple and comfortable place to stay.

When I checked in I had my two small dogs with me. I decided to extend my stay for the next two days. The manager saw my dogs in my vehicle and then proceeded to tell me that dogs are not allowed and argue with me about it. I asked him to check the cameras and see that when I checked in I had them with me. He could have been polite and let me know that the hotel was not dog friendly. Instead he wanted to have an attitude with me about it. I’ll definitely be taking my money and business elsewhere

False description listing. The photos online look good. It is in fact a small motel conversion although its name is "Hotel".
The online description stated that the room had double queen-sized beds but they were full-size. I asked the staff and they told me that all double-bed rooms only have full-size beds.
They also charge $12 overnight parking which was not mentioned on the listing. Not recommended due to high rate, false listing info and extra parking fee. I could have booked a better one in a nearby competitor.

I was put in a room that just had their carpets clean. The floor was soaking wet and all of our belongings had been saturated in with hotel room floor water. They switched me rooms the next day and the tv was broken in that room. I reached out to speak to the manager several times and still haven’t been contacted back. Poor customer service!

I usually don’t write reviews but this time I’m taking my time to. Our shower had been clogged. We weren’t able to shower for 2 minutes and the shower overflowed onto the floor. We told management/front desk 3-4 times and we were told the maintenance man would come by. He never did and the issue was never handled. We never got offered a new room or any reimbursement. Additionally, the outlets weren’t working on one side of the bed and the the soap dispensers weren’t working. Would never stay here again.

It was an okay stay. You had to pay extra for parking in the hotel parking lot…and they did not clean my room my second to last night. The location is great for the price I suppose. Staff was very monotone. The breakfast was very basic, not very good. I would stay maybe a night if I couldn’t find anything else.
It was constantly loud outside my door and you could hear the door slams around as well.

It was close to many attractions and in a secure location. The room over all was comfortable to be in but it did have visible wear and tear. Such as light fixtures and broken microwave handle. Everything else was great.

This been my third time there and I always love it. Right near to the Glendale Galleria and other shopping centers. Only issues I had was the bathroom door would slide open a little after I shut it, TV was a bit crooked , tried to adjust it but it went back to bad position but it wasn't to noticeable. The hand held shower head was leaking bad, needs to be replaced. Air conditioning fan needs to be looked at but other then that it was still a good place to stay
