The property is an older one and could use updating. The pool only goes to 4 feet deep. The food options are limited (in terms if places to eat at the hotel). Many of the staff could have been friendlier too.

They are currently removing an area of rooms in the hotel.
However they are doing a good job of keeping noise and mess at a minimum.

I was a little concerned about some negative reviews but overall we had a good experience here. Good location, nice beach right there and nice pool area. Staff seemed to keep the place clean and looking good.

Most amazing resort I have ever been in. Very clean and right on the beach. Room service and they clean your room everyday. Great staff and free on property parking if you rented a car. The swim up bar is great abut the drinks are a bit weak. I recommend buying your boos down the road and making your own drinks! I highly recommend the resort!

Came for a family vacation and we had so much fun! Everyone is great and polite! The service was amazing. The rooms are great and very comfortable and super clean I don’t have any complaints at all. We didn’t want to leave, definitely coming back to this great Hotel !!!

Hotel was average, need some renovations, some things didn’t work like the microwave and the tv remote. Staff was ok, the ones at the pool were better. We had a good time, the views are nice, pool and beach are good. But overall I felt that I paid too much for what I receive. Food and drinks are pricey as well.

The pool was great the swim up bar was fantastic. The room was way too cold at all times no way to control the thermostat. The shower water was also freezing cold. Would not stay here again.

Visited my mom for a few days in Mayaguez for spring break with hubby and my kids then stayed my last few days here. Great hotel, great staff, food was great first day we had their burger & fries at the swim up bar of course w/ a nice drink… delicious!! The swim up pool is very nice and chilled. The beach of course was beautiful. Take a walk out the hotel there’s food everywhere literally across the street, drove and took a walk down to where all the restaurants are. Ricon is a great chilled area.

Property is outdated. Needs a little more care especially around pool area. The bartenders at the pool bar are very attentive and very friendly. Also the security guard is very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel we stayed in the villas, pet friendly with lots of wild chickens, bed is great and comfortable. I will defenetly renew the parking lot and place activities for the beach like kayak, long board, etc.. trips so much potential

Very close to the ocean, a beautiful view where we could swim in the ocean right in front of our hotel. There was ample free parking, and the pool was clean, with plenty of chairs. The bartenders where friendly, quick and attentive. For the price we paid, I would have liked the room to have a microwave, and have been updated recently. Additionally, there was no bathtub, and the shower was just barely functioning. The room seemed like an outdated motel 6 in a beautiful setting

Beautiful property! Nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds! Service was amazing! As a family we loved the pool and easy access to the beach! We had breakfast at the cafe and it was very yummy!
Overall very happy with our stay! Check out at 12 pm was a nice plus to take our time enjoying the morning!
Staff was very friendly- I would recommend this place for a relaxing and family friendly hotel stay 👍👍
