Stay here when I come Into town for nursing/fire convenient and safe place for the most part, easy check in and out

Not sure why the property is open. It is clearly under renovation. There was no AC in the room as advertised, just a fan blowing hot air. Bed and room overall were so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping in my car both of the nights I had booked. Utilized the room for the bathroom. Would not recommend until construction / renovations are completed! ..side note the staff (front desk) at the hacienda for check in was awesome!

Two rooms one room no AC too many flies! No screen door! Fan provided was not clean! Hotel manager rude! She said you’re not liking here you get out and leave!!

The bed had some type of bugs I would not return here

No front desk working, had to walk to the next building to do the check in. Building is under construction and looks abandoned

Paid $400 plus a $150 down deposit (that was not specified in any email) for 2 nights. Shower head was all ghetto and busted. Bed was very VERY uncomfortable, worst bed I've slept in in a hotel. Even tho it's 5 minutes from the strip, it's not worth it for $550! Get something cheaper father away from the strip, and use the extra money for one of 100s of cheap electric lime scooters to ride urself to the strip instead! Definitely not staying here again!

Our initial thought driving into the property was not good, the curb appeal was terrible and there was alone of construction work doing on which we didn’t know about and the rooms next to use were being remodeled and it was extremely loud the whole first day when we checked in. The room was decent but wasn’t too clean and actually had a huge spill in the bathroom on the floor with lots of slimy stuff, the shower was covered in mold, the units also had no AC and I had to ask the office for a fan bc it was HOT in our room they had my carry the fan from the office to our room which was a little bit of a walk. If you’re looking for something super cheap and basic last minute it would do the trick. When we arrived we wanted to cancel our stay but wouldn’t be able to get a refund so we decided to stay.

It smelled bad and it was outdated. The carpet was soaked in water. Staff was polite and provided good service.

This place is a dump. Where can I begin? The place has no insulation, making it very cold and lets all of the noise from the main street in. Even though there is a heater, when I set it for the temperature that I want, it kept running and made the bed area (which was right next to the heater) unbearably hot. The refrigerator is loud, and anything put into the fridge portion became frozen solid. There was also a strange grinding/humming noise all night. Can I have my money back?

Recently remodel, clean and quiet. The only issue the hot andcold water are backwards in the shower.

Pinewood is to be avoided unless there is no other place to stay in SLT. Check-in staff is next door at the other motel, I hope they are going through a long term remodel because many of their rooms are not even in use. this place is in serious need of total overhaul. Floors are uneven, I feel the years of use. the room was relatively clean by sight but lawd knows what you can't see. I thought I'd try but Won't be back here.

The heat is gas and old.The thermostat was on 70 but it was in 60s.I questioned the heat and asked for another room.We can't give you another room she said and will call maintenance up to your room.It was only 3pm.The heat started working but stopped again.It will not 60 degrees in here.I will get another motel

Warm and quiet. Even the heater did not wake me up!

No room heater, no proper blankets. The restroom is super tight can’t even use the restroom comfortably.

Room remodel was excellent except bed too high and needed a step-stool to get in it. No all day coffee and incomplete check-in, no wifi info given.

I really like the room set up, but the heater was not working properly, during snow season until you put in on passed 80 degrees, the room phone was not working and check in office was in totally different building, had to walk to offcie multiple times during snow

Everything was great

Good location, easy access, bathroom updated, and overall looks good, almost new and clean(found emty bottle of water in my unit, so not 5 stars).

For the price the room was very nice and clean. They didn’t have coffee maker in the room which was disappointing to my husband. All in all quiet and comfortable.

There were animals of some sort in the ceiling, whether rats or raccoons they made a lot of noise in the ceiling between the hours of 4:00 AM and 6:30 AM. There was no way to sleep through this much noise. We paid a premium price for the Saturday night, it was much more expensive than a premium room elsewhere, and also three times the price of the Sunday night rate for the same room. With the noise in the ceiling it was completely unacceptable.

Friendly can use the hacienda pool coffee in the office.

I wish I could post the picture of the dirty room I was given. The rooms have no locks. Only the magnetic key lock. No real lock at all. It was literally dirty I don’t know if it was blood or really old red stained dirt on the heating unit that also did not work. Beds dirty. Shower filthy I kept my sandals on. No coffee. No towels. Nothing. No front desk attendance.

It was quiet and close to food and casinos

The only good thing about this place is the proximity to everything around the area in south Lake Tahoe but other than that, the room and hotel overall is gross. Our room was not cleaned, we found a broken samsung under the bed, crumbs on the floor, no AC, the bathroom was dirty. The hotel is definitely due for an upgrade.

This motel was terrible, and horribly expensive. Do not stay here! The room was tiny, dirty, run-down, no air conditioning. The window was broken and looked at a wall about 3 feet away. It was ground floor, so this was a security issue. The location was very good, but next time I think I'll sleep in my car.
