Unfortunately, when i decided to change ALL of the bedding on my own ( rather then have guest services// the maid do it themselves) this is what i ended up finding... the stains are IMPOSSIBLE to miss and REALLY makes you wonder....

This was a quiet, clean room. It suited my needs for the night.

It was a good experience. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Service was good.

Tom Bodette left the light on for us, and our room was definitely clean and quiet. However, on the second floor the sink and shower were slow to drain and the mattress was beyond any useful life and was lumpy where it had any give at all and most of it was worn down to the bunky board. Blankets were paper thin, but we were provided more up on request. Staff was wonderful and polite and the facility inside and out was clean.

Absolutely terrible! We've been to a few run down hotels but this one takes the cake. Dirty and smelled like an moldy ashtray. The floors had a film of grime, and an off colored splatter of goo was in the sink at our arrival. The window curtains barely covered the window, leaving almost no privacy. Lastly, I went to the front desk for cleaning supplies or a clorox wipe, the guy told me he didn't have any? When I asked the cleaning lady for a hand towel with a couple sprays of their cleaner, I was told no. I will never stay at this chain ever again. Ultimately, I'm insulted they didn't offer my money back after sharing my experience.

Let's see where do I start? Ahh yes the fact that I reserved a Queen Deluxe Room and got a rinky dink double. Or how about the A/C didn't work for my entire stay and noone came to do anything about it, so I had to leave my window open on the ground floor in a sketchy neighborhood. Or a dirty room. And no maid services for my stay. 2020 is over time to get back to normal business which means housekeeping EVERYDAY!!!

There was a left over soap wrapper left in the shower so that is telling me that the tub was never touched. I went and bought a can of Lysol to spray everything down

Got checked in and was given a dirty room with ripped up curtains. Garbages was left inside. Complained to the front desk.

The night staff was extremely rude when I tried to check in and didn’t even apologize for anything

My room was just fine.

Very adequate, esp for the price to another area inns.

Plugged sink smells like cigarettes

the bed were not good, no air, very small room, had to be moved to another room no air in there, had to come put new batteries in thermostat, fix fan in bathroom

The room was very clean and basic. The outdoor area was well lighted and for lodging right next to the freeway, it was quiet at night. The sink leaked under the counter and the light in the bathroom was burned out, so the facilities needed more thorough attention.

The ac never worked and there were stains all over our towels.

The AC wasn't working in our first room, but once front desk was notified they were able to move us to another room where it did work. Thanks for the great service!

Updated and cute

Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced! No air conditioning!?! Nothing! Outside was 35 degrees and inside was 37 degrees!?! The only solution was to bring us a fan?! No other rooms available to move us to!?

Mold, cockroaches and hair in bed (not mine). Company/Property happy to take your money but shifty when they need to refund it.

Woke up during the night to find roaches and spiders in the restroom running around the floors. Killed them, more next time, and in the morning. Not good.

Did Not like the location!! NO A/C... Mgr. could NOT fix it and brought a filthy, Stinking fan for us to put in our room! A man was outside screaming in the night!! Will NEVER stay here Again!!

No door on bathroom. Room temp was 80 degrees and damp because AC didn’t work.

The air conditioning was broken, and the room was 88 degrees. When I talked to the front office, they said there was nothing they could do. They didn't have a fan, wouldn't refund my money since I paid through Hotels.com. It was a miserable night. Couldn't prop a door open because of people walking by. There also was no cold water. Couldn't sleep all night!

Place was clean and relatively quiet. Kinda sketchy, there were clearly people living there full time. I had no issues

The bed was not good. Everything else was good.

Friendly staff. Great suggestions for breakfast. Mostly clean facilities. The AC dodnt work, we asked to borrow a fan, the room was about 85 degrees inside.

Staff tried to be helpful but were limited, a manager had to approve certain things, While the room appeared to be clean, the floors turned the bottom of your feet black. The air conditioning would not work but they did give us a fan. It was too late to move to another hotel. I will never go back.
