When I checked in the room

For staying a week not much room serve cleaning. For the price it was okay.

When we arrived there was no way to get the attention of the front office through the after hours check in. I waited and then had difficulty understanding the staff member when trying to get our room set up. The room itself was clean and serviceable. I'm not sure if it was our room location or the facility itself but it was loud outside but nothing that the fan didn't even out.

it would have been nice if it wasn't for the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, & we had the choice of either of the 2 beds in our room. We couldn't find anywhere to lay down without feeling the springs throughout the entire mattress pressing right through the fabric into our skin. Therefore we wound up with circular marks & in some spots we even had bruises on our body's!

The receptionist exhilarated great customer service the first room that she gave me reeked of cigarettes smoke and I told her that I couldn’t breathe so she accommodated me and gave me another room immediately. Great customer service!!

No TV, no internet when we checked in. They said they'd have maintenance fix. He fixed TV, but knew nothing about internet problem. Said he'd check on it, but 12 hours later, still no internet.

Mostly, the staff required a $50 deposit and when paying, never return the deposit. We had two rooms in our party and they did this both times.

My room smelled like a homeless Person had been sleeping in it prior to my stay. The smell stuck to my cloths, luggage, backpack etc…Horrible smelling room. Luckily I was only there for a half day.

The bathrooms were dirty. The shower was covered in dirt. Someone else’s hair was all over the toilet. Totally nasty and unsanitary. I’m embarrassed that my in laws had to stay there. The staff basically said “take it or leave it”. They could have at least offered to have someone clean the bathrooms. I will never book a room with Motel 6 again

It caught me off guard having to pay a deposit when I’ve stayed at motel 6’s a lot and never had to pay deposits. Then I asked for a non smoking room and it drenched of smoke. I get it some people will do it no no matter what. It was just horrible for me and my kids sinuses.

Pros: Room was clean. Parking was free.
Cons: One bed mattress had springs protruding so we had to share a bed. The shower is small. I’m 5’5 120lbs and felt crammed in. It also has an odd design that left water all over the floor. Insulation is poor and you could hear passing traffic and other guests in the walkways.

I reserved my room @ 10:30. When i returned. Was given a different room. Dropped off bags at 3:30. Left came back about 11;00. Slipped and fell in water from leaking refrigerator. Was told front desk couldn't come check it out but they would be discounting my room for the inconvenience. Next morning was told i have to go through you guys * if you call them then they would reimburse me for the unconvinced. I hurry my shoulder in the fall.

Convenient and a place to sleep. Comfy bed, clean room and has ac.Very basic room but it's all you need for one night. It was clean and comfy.

I like the area and everything but I was expecting to be able to swim and the pool was under maintenance the whole time that I was there so I was very unpleased the beds were very uncomfortable and I asked for a downstairs and they gave me a upstairs I am disabled my license plate States it and so does the DMV I was very not happy with the situation there was no elevator and I had to go upstairs in a way I wished I had a refund

The manager lock my door when i still had 15 minutes to still get my stuff out and he also told me that i deactivated the key card by having it by my phone

The facility was clean. The cost was reasonable. The customer service with Trish was terrible. She refused to give us two extra pills and didn’t even bother to look for 30 in the afternoon and she said we had no pillows but I don’t feel that she was being truthful. She just didn’t want to give us pillows for whatever reason.
