Felt like a resort in Cancun - was the best price option for a private villa and being able to have an ocean view. Though there were always little ants or spiders on the counters which was annoying. Breakfast was a great spread.
Private pool was nice though privacy barrier seemed a bit low. Overall, fine for the value, staff was friendly and if you are a surfer, great location on the beach.

Our stay at the Legian was absolutely perfect last year, we returned again this year.
Staff are all very helpful and lovely. Rooms are spotless. Food is great, atmosphere is wonderful.
We will be back again next year.

Loved everything about this place but drinks a bit pricey so drank at beach bars

The room we stayed in was quite dated, though we did receive an upgrade. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was unbearable, and our sleep was disrupted for two nights. Communication through Hotels.com was also disappointing, with delayed responses that didn’t address our concerns by the time we received them. We requested a room change at reception but were told it wasn’t possible. Sadly, we won’t be returning, which is unfortunate as we really liked the location. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave negative feedback—sorry to say.

Great hotel in a great location.
Breakfast was superb with heaps of choices. Pool areas were very clean and well kept.
Only negative was the prices at the resort bars and restaurants, I thought they were over priced and by the way that not many were buying drinks agreed. Plenty of bars and restaurants just outside of hotel .

Stayed here many times. Great location and amazing breakfast options. Traditional, older style hotel with modern upgrades and beautiful, friendly staff.

A little unhappy we had 2 rooms booked several months ahead and arrived together to be given rooms way apart when there was empty rooms available next door to both rooms.
Unhappy so we spoke to reception and were given a room next to our friends, don't understand why they didn't do that in the first place.

We have been to Legian Beach Hotel many times and have stayed at all the others nearby in that area as well !
The others close by are Fantastic but coming back the Legian Beach Hotel feels a bit like returning Home ! It’s both Comfortable and Clean ! The Staff are Amazing and the price is Fantastic for the level of Hospitality and Quality stay you receive ! We Stay a lot in the Deluxe or Premier Pool Villas as you get the best of both worlds still being able to interact with other guests in the Main Pool areas as well as the Privacy at Night with Family and Friends in your own pool oasis !!

They stuffed our cheek in time They got wrong bed setup and took to many visits from us to sort it out We had to sleep in single beds. First time in 40 years Should have upgrades to pool villa first up The room they ended putting us in was small with a small bed. We asked to go to 6a as we know it has a big bed and is a big room as it’s where we stay five times before. And yes. We would like to be compensated for this as it stuffed our stay there Felt office staff did not care as I had to get upset and ask for a manage 5 times before they did anything We await your response

We had a wonderful stay at Legian Beach Hotel. This would have to be the best location of all the hotels we have stayed in Bali so far. We had a deluxe family room which was spacious and clean with two bathrooms. All staff are friendly and will do any anything for you. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Rooms are a dated but functional, breakfast and other amenities are fantastic. Hotel is in a great location though it can be very noisy if you are allocated a room near the road so best to request the middle located bungalows

Staff are super friendly and very helpful and we were always greeted with a smile, we liked our room and we loved that there is an Adults Only Pool- we received 2 free 1 hr massages because we booked with expedia and they were wonderful but very expensive if you had to pay to have a massage there.

I can not fault Legain Beach Hotel, The people and service on all levels was exceptional.
I fell in love with everyone here and was near tears when we had to leaving.

Lovely hotel and grounds however we were staying at the back of the hotel on the third level and the noise coming from the bars/pubs was extremely loud at night.

My sister and I had a lovely 12 nights at Legian Beach Hotel. The Bungalows were lovely to stay in although I found the mattress a little hard. The Adult pool is great with swim up bar. Lots of choices for breakfast.location is excellent with the beach being across the road and the choices of restaurants were just across the road.

We stayed here for the first time this year and can guarantee it won’t be the last time. From the minute we arrived until we left 2 weeks later we received fabulous service.the staff were superb ,always smiling, always helpful and friendly.
Our villa was perfect,clean, private and spacious.
Location to beach ,eateries and shopping ideal.
Loved being involved in beach cleanup activity.
Dinners at the restaurants were delicious.

Just returned from Legian beach resort and had a wonderful time.
The resort is in a great location
The rooms are a little older (our roof leaked when it rained) however they are clean and air conditioner was excellent.

We originally booked the Legian family room, when we arrived it’s at the back of the complex, and has no window in the room to see out. We paid a lot of money for that room, there was no hot water and tv didn’t work. We were so disappointed and really frustrated with the staff as we wanted to move rooms and they couldn’t understand. We eventually moved to a villa which was amazing however we had to pay extra. Hotel was in a great location, food around pool experience aswell as drinks!

When checking in the staff member was new, left to himself, made 3 attempts to get it right, very frustrating, two rooms booked, not joining as requested and confirmed with the resort. Booked same time, different price, given poor explanation of exchange rates. Overall, poor customer service.

I loved the location of the resort, and breakfast was fantastic but I didn’t like what time the pool closed. I thought that 7pm was too early. And the water was just too cold.
